Hostel Beautiful 2

Rome, Italy

This was in the best location, across from the main train station and within walking distance to local transport and attractions. It was very quiet, common room closed at 11.30 so no internet after that. Finding your way back to your room was difficult, it was like a rabbit warren. Staff were very average and not too helpful. This hostel won hostel world in 2007 it has really gone down hill from then. if you want a quiet place to stay I would recommend it. ,

This place was fantasic, the staff were so helpful and happy, the location was amazing overlooking the city. Bus right at your door into town if you diddnt want to take the 20min breath taking walk. The bus to catch is either 12 or 13 into the city. We took the city tour for 48hrs which cost $25 aud., which lets you travel on local buses for free. The only downfall was an all night disco that if you were a poor sleeper could be a problem. I would highly recommend this place.

Camping La Sfinge

The site was too far from Deiva Marina and the free shuttle bus was unreliable. Bus doesnt run between 11 and 3 so if you miss the morning bus you are stranded. To top that off the shop is also shut during that time and the food machine didnt work, we had no breakfast or water. We decided to do some clothes washing it cost us 8 euro. Upon departure we had a 10am bus to catch, went to catch a taxi at 8am, no taxis ava at deiva marina, no assistance from the manager either, we had to walk.
