The staff were very helpful- they asked you what your plans for the day were and would give you tips or advice. Very clean hostel. Shared bathrooms between two dorms can get dirty but they were always very quick to clean. A 15-20 min walk to Trevi fountain, little further to colesseum- average for a hostel, and very straightforward.5 min from termini. Would highly recommend.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Takes a good hour to walk to the city centre, but that's not bad. A few common areas, a TV that played movies in English. Free breakfast was really great, ,and they have a fridge in which you can store your own food. We did pick up bed bugs from this hostel.. we only ever saw one adult bug but in the days following our stay, bites showed up everywhere. Hadn't heard any complaints so maybe it was just our bed??

Staff.. at restaurant and breakfast bar not friendly. It was a buffet breakfast for six euros, which was ridiculously expensive for the food they offered, my boyfriend and I bought one ticket, as he needed food more than I. I took a sip of his juice to try and we nearly got kicked out.. I almost wish we had as the breakfast nazi stared at us until we did eventually leave. I love this hostel, not my first stay, but this was frustrating.

pretty much next to metro, extremely convenient! 24 hr reception who were moderately helpful, but very friendly. Full access to kitchen, fridge. Breakfast incl. was very good, variety. Bar open at night, had happy hour 7:30- ? which was 3 euros for a drink and pasta.. very nice if you couldn't get to a grocery store on time. Overall. would recommend this hostel to anyone who either wants to see Naples, or take day trips. The bus to Amalfi is NOT an hour long, as they may tell you

it was 2 minutes or less from Termini station (the directions given were exact). The hostel is small but rooms are clean, and there are several full bathrooms to use per floor with warm showers!! We booked 2 beds in a mixed dorm, but got upgraded to a private room at no extra charge. Breakfast included, a croissant from the cafe across the street, and there was a very nice pasta/ wine dinner at the same spot for only 5 euros, which is relatively inexpensive. The staff spoke english well!!

Best hostel I have been to in Italy. Staff is unlike anything you will ever see. Amazing. You become a family after moments of being there. Would go there again in a heartbeat.

Door rooms aren't locked- you have to ASK for the key (Only after something happens, in which you feel your safety is threatened).The staff are not always at reception, do not speak English, and are extremely rude. There's only one good receptionist but he can't make up for everyone.The front doors are open until 4am- not locked. Anyone can walk in.The hostel is about a 15 minute walk to the train station- not safest part of town. hard to find as well, as it's on a set of stairs.

Amazing staff- almost perfect English.FUn, lots of pubs and bar fun on the roof bar or baseent bar. Better than a hotel. Cleaned everyday, locked doors, use a hotel type card to unlock. Extremely safe, close to all attractions.5 minutes away from Train Station. Free wifi but PAY for hotel computers. Loved it
