Positive: Nice staff, friendly atmosphere, interesting location in the jewish part of Antwerp. Good for one night, but not much longer. Negative: Shower doors had gap of a couple of cm's between the hinges so anyone could look in and one of the showers had a window as a wall which at night is a mystery whats on the other side. No lockers.

Shower doors have about 10 cm's gap between the hinges and door, insane, but it was ok in the end because no one went in bathroom when shower is occupied. Wifi was bad. Other than that it's a good hostel. The staff were good.
Thank you for your 5* rating for our hardworking staff, and for your generally positive review despite the issues you had with the shower in your dorm and our wifi connection. I am sure there was a reason for how the shower doors were installed in our 'group' dorms - I will see if I can find out and get back to you. Most of our showers are actually individual, lockable wet rooms so don't have doors as such or any potential privacy issues. I hope you will keep hostelling! David

It's a good hostel with plenty of bathrooms and good atmosphere. The wifi was terrible. No lockers sucked. The free breakfast was alright.

I've stayed at a few hostels in Kiev and this one has the best facilities, good atmosphere, nice staff and it's close to the metro so it's easy to get to.

All you can eat? Awesome! Top bunks are difficult to get in and out of. Overall a great hostel.

Only drawback is that you don't get a key and have to ring the bell downstairs every time, so going for a beer at night is discouraging. Other than that the hostel was good.

The showers were very annoying. The shower curtain is too short to close. They need to mop the floor in the bathroom more than once a day.

Location is right in the middle of the sights. Close to metro or 30min walk from the railway station (Bus 116 from airport stops near the railway station and is 5 cents). Staff are very friendly and will help with anything. Dorm has airco.

Ive stayed here a few times now, for the airport. The wifi NEVER works, so be sure youre ready for your trip. €3 for sheets is too much

Good hostel. Take trolleybus 2 from the railway station and get off at Donbass stadium. Walk from there. Not bus 46b as described on hostelworld.

Very good hostel, not far from the metro. Very nice people working there. Rooms, etc. are all good. Kharkov is 100% safe to visit, nothing going on there so dont let the mediahype scare you off.

Location is good, because you can catch a bus from in front of the hostel up the mountain into San Marino, which takes about 5-10mins and a euro or so.

They let homeless people stay there, very nice of them but its at our expense. Dont advertise tourist hostel if its a homeless shelter.

Ive travelled alot, so if I complain about a hostel somthings seriously wrong. Overpriced, disgusting, unfriendly. Bunkbeds are 3 high! = not enough air to breathe in dorm. Room smelled because everyone forced to leave shoes in there too. Location is the only thing good about it. I regretted booking it the moment I saw the dorm, but by then you cant cancel anymore. On top of all that I got no sleep, because of a snoring homeless guy they let in.

Overpriced considering noisey because of pubs outside and traffic. I got no sleep. Facilities need to be better and common room depressing.
