I only stayed here one night coming straight from the airport (intercontinental flight) so I mainly used it for sleeping. But the rooms were awesome with ensuite bathroom and kitchen, never seen that before in a hostel. The bed was squeeky but comfortable. They seemed to offer a lot of activities but I didn't look into them very well. Would come back here

I am not so sure what to think of this place. The location is great, a really fun neighbourhood with lots of restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Few minutes walk from the train station that gets you into most sightseeing areas. The staff provided a really good map with tips etc. There was no kitchen just a microwave. The ensuite shower made a lot of noice and my bed was next to it, really annoying. There is no common room people are using their laptop in the stairways. and NO Locker!

the good points were the close location to the train station, the awesome lounge downstairs with good food and the place looks amazing. A bad point for me was that there were no lockers but maybe I grew up in a culture where stealing is more prevalent.

Overall good stay here, there was a lot of information available about sightseeing in Hiroshima and daytrips. The female dorm I slept in was very small and next to the shower/toilet you could hear almost anything from the next door dorm. close to the train station, 30 min walK from the other sights and nightlife district.

I really liked the atmosphere and location of the hostel. my mattress was really bad, foam mattress but it was so soft it felt like I was sleeping directly on the wood. Other mattresses in the dorm were different though so maybe I was just unlucky. I really liked the shoe boxes, but the lockers were kinda weird. Long and small, under the bed, everything fits but you have to take everything out all the tIme to get the thing you need and then lie on the ground to reach it.

Wow...what a welcoming hostel! At first the only thing I could think of...it's so cold! But we got warm water bottles for sleeping and that's the best invention ever! It's close to the main sights of matsumoto as well as a great and not so expensive onsen and the 100 yen sushi is definitely worth trying! I didn't even have time to do daytrips outside matsumoto so I have to come back :-) there's a lot of space in the rooms too.

Very cozy hostel. Close to the heritage site and bus stop. The was a bento (lunchbox) service available Which was really tasty. The owner tries to make a good atmosphere. He also offered me a ride to a big supermarket which was a bit far away. Would love to come back when it's warmer ;-)

I enjoyed my stay here, met a lot of nice people. The kitchen is very well equipped. Dorms are big (16 person in female bunk dorm) but every bed has curtains which is nice. It's close to JR and subway station. 24hr convience store just around the corner. I will come back for another night in Tokyo! Only thing I didn't like: there was no drying line so you had to use the dryer 3 times to get your clothes dry.

Just spent one night here. All fine except a fair amount of noise from the street. There was a spacious bathroom. Must be sufficient for all people if hostel is full.

Had a great time in this hostel. The bathrooms were toilet and showers combined which is annoying in the morning when everyone wants to use the bathroom. Location is great almost next to the cathedral. You can walk from Santa Justa train station.

Good atmosphere and nice location. About the cleanliness: hairs from previous guests were everywhere. On my pillow, the floor, bath tub, disgusting! Lockers are inside the En suite bathroom that is a bit unhandy as you cannot access your locker when someone is in the bathroom.

Came back here for the second time and wasn't disappointed! The atmosphere in the hostel is great - a really good place for solo travelers to meet other people. Close to a subway station which connects you easily to the main sights and the airport. Rail station really close. Only complaint I had is that the staff didn't take my notification of my stolen phone charger - acted like these things never happen in their hostel and that I probably lost it myself.

Super friendly staff, some of them spoke good English. Nice atmosphere people are talkative and the swings outside created a nice summer atmosphere! The location it's far away from the centre. The bus connection is good it justs takes about one hour. However the neighbourhood was nice with good street food and it's close to the airport. Toilets could not always be flushed...

Very nice hostel with super friendly staff. Even 6am in the morning they were friendly ;-) I'm a solo traveller and met a lot of people. the bar is lively and serves a lot of different kinds of food and drinks. However, the food wasn't that tasty unfortunately. But always nice to have the option to eat at a hostel. Close to a subway station

Touran Backpacker Hostel

Staff was really nice and friendly, some of them spoke really good English. The beds were pretty hard and the shower in the bathroom was broken. They had an information board with tour offers written in English, however the tours were all in Chinese. That was a pity. The common room is really cosy. The food is also great, really huge breakfast for only 25 yuan! Overall great stay :-)

Hi Inn GuanQian

Suzhou, China

Some of the staff spoke some English. It is a hotel, so no common area. Nice private room for this price. The bed was soft enough. The location is ok, close to the shopping area and restaurants, however quite far from the sights except the temple of mystery. A tip: when you walk out of the subway station, you'll see a hi inn hotel but this is not the right one! You'll have to walk straight for about ten minutes (pass the china pos office and shopping street) and then take the second right.

My bed was super comfortable:-D it was a good place to stay. I stayed only for one night so I was just very happy with my comfortable bed. Two things which could improve: breakfast starts late, 8:30, not convenient if you need an early train or plane. And the wifi only works in the common room...so people don't talk in the common room but they stare at their phones

Great value for money. The beds were really comfortable. It was really nice that they'd offer you free tea all the time. The common area was great for meeting people, as I am travelling solo. What i didn't like: only one shower combined with the toilet and it was noisy. They'd put the television on very loud in the morning around 6.30. And there were many dogs in the street barking all night. (Don't go hereif you're allergic to dogs - they have two dogs themselves)

I loved everything here especially the kindness of thr staff. Hostel is not located in the backpackers area. Many visitors are couples, families and two people traveling together. I felt a bit alone as a solo traveller...doesn't happen very often. For the rest: super!

Brussels 2GO4 Quality Hostel

Brussels, Belgium

It was a high quality hostel, quite expensive but a normal price for Brussels. Too bad the common closes at certain times (especially after 23.00). The shower is annoying, you get 5 secs of water and then you have to push again. The beds are spacious and comfortable. For the lockers in the room you need to bring a 'secure' padlock otherwise the locker won't close.

It was a very big hostel with a nice atmosphere. Showers and toliets were clean, beds were OK. The lockers underneath are not so nice, because everyone can see what you are hiding. Internet facilities were good but really expensive, 1 pound for 40 minutes...In this time area of wireless internet everywhere, Internet facilities should be free according to me. The location was super! There was a big minus point for my room that night: the doors were just painted and it smelled really bad!
