Good location, amazing building, staff were cool, the bar was big and fun. Wifi isn't free and doesn't work in the dorm. The room I stayed in was large and even though the beds are right next to each other they have privacy deviders. The tiny lockers above the bed are only big enough to put passports / phones / small cameras etc. Laptops and SLR cameras won't fit. Other than that security was good. Have to swipe the card three times from front door to dorm room and the windows are barred.

Location is good. The tram stop out front takes you everywhere. A bunch of different eating options out front along with a supermarket and there is a coffee shop a couple minutes walk away. Staff were friendly. We stayed in a private room and didn't have an ensuite but there was a basin and mirror in the room. The room was quite small but acceptable. The noise of the common doors slamming in the hallways was extremely loud. Earplugs were a must!

Location is good. Right near the pier you arrive at from Koh Samui. Near the party beach but far enough away to get some peace. The room consisted of nothing more than a mattress on the ground, a beside table, a power point, ceiling fan and cold water ensuite. But that's all you need really if you can't afford aircon. The wifi didn't work up at the back rooms I was staying in. As it's a guest house it's hard to meet other guests. No common areas to hang out. I would stay here again.

Adam and Greta have just bought this hostel and were great hosts. The place was clean, nice beds, fast wifi in the rooms, good showers. Right near the airport and Koh Phanang ferry pier. I would definitely stay here again.

This hostel is really easy to get to from the train station The 4 bed ensuite dorm I stayed in was very large and clean. One of the biggest and cleanest I've seen anywhere. It had lockers in the room but a friend didn't in theirs. I didn't test the WIFI in the room but used it in the dining room and it was fast. The girl at reception was really friendly and super helpful. Would I stay here again. Yes I would and am.

There were no lockers in the room i stayed. Every hostel should at least have under bed cage lockers. The location is good, in the Latin Quarter and right near two metro stations. Space is at a premium as a result though. The rooms are very small. The bunk beds are extremely flimsy with no ladder. The hostel is new and well decorated but there is no chill out area, just the dining area. The room I was in had a view to the Eiffel Tower which was a nice bonus.

Pros - Location, new, clean, large rooms with plenty of space a big window letting in plenty of light, good sized lockers in the room and a dining table, sturdy beds, helpful staff, fun backpacker bar. Cons - WIFI only in the lobby, have to completely make the bed yourself, mattress and pillow on the thin side. Would I stay again? - Yes
