Some of the staff were friendly and helpful, whereas the others did not seem interested in providing information about things to do and see in London. Free breakfast was great.
The hostel organises events every night so there are great opportunities to meet other travellers. The bathrooms were thoroughly cleaned every morning.

Sheets were dirty with hair and blood stains. We were asked to pay a fee for storing our luggage when checking out of one room and moving into another on the same morning. This was at check out time, so our other room should have been ready for us to move to. Overall with taxes in USA we ended up paying for our room, as much as we would have paid for a three star hotel- which was concerning as we definately did not receive the same comfort as we would have in a hotel.
