I do like the way the dorm is separated into little private room. No air con, just a fan. Room cleaned everyday, you get clean sheets, a clean towel & bottle of water everyday. There was a safe in your room but no instructions given how to use it. I wasn't shown the pool either. It's a great room for a quiet holiday. Don't come here to party & meet people. The beach is lovely & about 10 - 15mins walk. Ensure you take insect repellent to Thailand, I unfortunately caught Dengue fever on my trip.

The 4You Hostel Munich

I stayed in the 12 bed dorm. This hostel is a great party base, but if you want a good night sleep you'll need ear plugs and an eye mask. The hostel was clean. The showers are stupid, there's nowhere to put your clothes, you open the door and it's the shower there. That was frustrating, you to then go into a toilet to change. Hostels in Munich seem so expensive compared to other cities, the saving grace of this hostel was the included breakfast. There's also only wifi in the bar/reception.

Hostel Mondpalast

The hostel is located near plenty of bars and restaurants. The kitchen facilities are great. The bar attached to the hostel is a little pricey, but you can buy your own things and sit in the common room and kitchen. The showers were clean and hot. A well equiped hostel, I'd definitely stay again

This place was super clean with good security with individual door locks, lockers. It just seemed lacking in atmosphere. The bar was a bit pricey for a hostel. The wifi was not great. To be fair it was a good hostel. I had meant to book the Kreuzberg Baxpax and didn't realise I'd booked the wrong location.

Durty Nellys Inn

Don't come here if you want a peaceful, quiet hostel. You come here as an awesome party base. I had an excellent introduction & welcome from the staff. The bar has great priced drinks and food for hostel guests which helps when money is tight. You're right in amongst a very busy party area. It's very easy to walk from Amsterdam centraal station, even loaded up with a pack. I was upgraded from an 8 mixed dorm, to an all girls 4 for no extra. The room was small but clean w/ lockers. I'd stay again

Hipsters eat your heart out this hostel is your vibe. Hospitality second to none in this fun, converted chocolate factory hostel. I had the warmest welcome from one of the owners Bridget. She also baked a cake each day I was there for the guests. The area is a little gritty but arty. Common area facilities were excellent. I was a little bit cold overnight with the bedding provided & the showers weren't quite hot enough for me but to be fair it was January & -5 outside. Great atmosphere.

The view from the hostel window is the most stunning I've ever seen. Everything is brand new &very clean. It's in a gorgeous heritage building, which meant it was a little chilly sometimes, but it was -5 outside. The rooms were bright, clean with lovely high ceilings. The showers were hot &clean. The common area was lovely to chill out in. The staff were very helpful &friendly. You have your own key card, with a lock on your room & lockers in the room. One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in

I loved this hostel because it is not a regular style hostel. It is in a beautiful Art Nouveau building and it is more a home than hostel. There are no lockers or locks on the shared room doors but I genuinely felt comfortable with that. I really liked the vibe. Comfortable bed, clean bright room, hot shower, great kitchen space. Bit of a walk into the centre of town but transport links are easy to use and close by. Friendly atmosphere
