Really good hostel. Just exactly what you want. Beds were good and the facility's were good. Close to train and walk-able to town. Absolutely recommend for value for what you get compared to other prices some hostels were charging.
Really great little hostel, the staff here are fantastic and super helpful. Really friendly and chatty so makes you feel at home. The area is great too, close to anything youd want and trams or walking are both great options as well as the cafes in the district are worth coming over from the city for, but staying here means your amoungst it all. Only complaint would have to be the bathrooms couldve been a little more looked after and a proper bottom sheet, but otherwise can't complain
Pretty amazing hostel. This is the perfect hostel for quieter travelers. The best part is there's a party hostel next door so you can go join the party if you like then come back to the niceness and quietness of the Seagull. Really nicely kept, a lot of little rooms to poke around in. Well equipped and working well kitchen as well as a nice terrace for coffee in the morning. The staff were exceptiona and super friendly and they have cheap beer and cider so it's easier not to buy your own. Thanks
Great hostel, nice and quiet with comfy and cozy beds. We were three in a triple room and it was pleanty spacious and clean. Not much can be bad to say about this place to be honest. Staff were friendly and facilities were good as well as location. Only grievance would be the pancakes for breakfast. Really good idea and nice homely feel for guest. Maybe just find a way to keep them warm until people are there to eat them. No one likes cold pancakes.
Hostel might be alright for Polish tourists, but for other travelers expect VERY little English from staff. The rooms were fine, comfy & warm enough. Toilets were average & some rooms entrances were in the bathroom! The area feels dodgy but use the trams & you'll get in/out quickly. Worst for us was we booked it for the kitchen & it had NO pots, pans, utensils or even plates. You buy them all from reception individually, that's a trap! Also asked for town map & got given map of Poland! WTF....
Hostel nice & quaint comfy beds shower was good. The day staff guy was great, but night guy was terrible. We had long termers in our room coming & going all night making lots of noise & turning on the light, even at 6am! when they fell into bed & dominated the tiny lounge all night making it impossible to meet anyone & they weren't interested in making friends Nor did I want to though, forcing us into the hall. Then night staff has balls to tell me to be quiet when sitting silently on my laptop
Great hotel thats really close to the JB Sentral and a lot of shops in the shopping malls. So easy to grab something to eat quickly but also close enough to a lot of local eaterys too if your looking for something a little more authentic too.
Great little hostel that is really close to the train lines so makes it relatively easy to get around. Nice neighborhood too with loads of nice eatery's nearby with really nice authentic food goodness. Staff were always helpful and super freindly so ask away at the desk. Gave lots of great recommendations. Definitely go to Clake Quay on a Friday or Saturday night., the place is electric with activity!
The beds are comfy and warm, the rooms are well laid out with toilet and shower separate in the room which is good. The room is quiet and the reception people downstairs are helpful. Only a few small complaints, there's no real atmosphere in the place, which I knew going in but did feel a bit more corporate than hostel (kinda like a cheap hotel rather than hostel), their kitchen was clean enough but a small fridge and just a microwave when with such space they could have much more.
This hostel was alright. The room was kept relatively clean. Our toilet seat was broken off and not fixed. I did make a staff member aware but they didn't seem to care. My phone charger was pinched and a staff member was looking into but never got back to me. The kitchen was always a mess which bothered us as we try to cooked most nights. The people who stay here long term make it obvious they aren't into making conversation which is most staying there, bad for atmosphere. A bit of a walk but ok
This was an awesome hostel and it's run by some amazing people! This is definitely some where I couldn't beleive isn't more popular. Amazing walks and hikes all over the surrounding hills. Amazing food. Dont forget to ask for all the tips on the best stuff to do from Marco and also definitely eat Komplet Lapine, Its amazing! Go out of your way to visit this off-path city stay here when you do.
Really nice hostel, comfy beds, air conditioned rooms, right in the old town and safe too. Only complaint would be the kitchen was a bit filthy when we went to cook dinner. otherwise though, great stay. Also, a suggestion, have a free food shelf for food people dont need anymore perhaps. we had loads of left over food that somekne else mightve enjoyed but just had to toss it.
Great hostel, very artistic design. Although it can seem a little bit industrial, it is still a great place. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to use, the rooms were big and spacious and the beds were very comfy plus the showers were amazing! I usually like a hostel more if their showers are good, but these ones were AMAZING! Plus the lounge areas were very accommodating. The fellow bearded man on reception was very helpful and even upgraded our group to a smaller room so it was just us.
This was a really nice hostel with amazing maze likeness to it. Comfy rooms and comfy beds. wish we were there longer.
Hostel was really good, currently going through some renovations but the room we were in was just finished and was amazing!!! Cant wait to see it all finished properly :)
Really nice place, staff were friendly enough and location was good too. The curtains in my room could've been a little better just to block out street noise and light a bit more. But otherwise satisfied :)
Great little hostel. Nice intimate place but with loads of privacy. The kitchen is well equipped, internet is great, easy to get in and out of city on the tram and a nice neighborhood it's in as well make this a great place to stop in for a few days in Warsaw. The staff there were exceptionally helpful and super friendly, even gave us a cupcake and a cup of tea one afternoon which we appreciated emensily. Thanks again guys, loved it!
I'm usually a harsh critic but honestly, this place was fantastic and couldn't find much to knock it. Clean and tidy, big comfy beds, quiet rooms, breakfast included (simply enough) and the staff and lads there were good craic. Stayed up late playing battlefield with one of em for a good while. Only wish I hadve stayed longer. thanks guys
This was an awesome Hostel. Really really friendly and couldn't be more impressed with the kitchen and the chill out zone and the atmosphere in general. Really cool place. Thanks guys. - The Really bearded guy from Ausland
Really awesome place to just get away from it all and do nothing or everything at once! Really wicked stop on our trip. Thanks guys.
This was a real refreshing stop on our huge backpacking trip. The damily that run this place make you feel like you catching up with old friends or family and that everything is welcome to you. Me Casa, su Casa mentallity. The spot is abosolutly gorgous as well, right near a nice quiet beach, away from the noisey old town and up on a hill so you can see over the city all day in the sun. Go here and stay if you in Dubrovnik, I want to go back just to stay there, nevermind Dubrovnik being awesome!
The hostel itself was well located, really close to the shops and beach. The hostel was also quite nice in the kitchen and lobby, the room was a bit unclean and the toilets didn't look like they got much attention in the cleaning department. The staff were friendly enough, a little cliquey though. My only real complaint was the top bunks, felt like i was going to fall through a little bit as they were quite old. Big fellas ask for a bottom bunk.
The place was pretty average, the staff didnt really seem to like what they did. Never up for a chat or not very helpful on the tourism front (kind of important if your working in a hostel). The lobby smelt like an overflowed toilet and there must not be an age limit to stay there (even though there is a bar) as there were 12-15 year old running around everywhere. Pretty annoying when your trying to skype home or just relax and read a book at the bar. The court yard was nice and the beds were ok
The absolute best hostel Ive ever stayed in! This place is a buzz with awesome stuff happening people and things to do and see. If in Scotland, stay here for sure. Loved it thanks guys!
This place was really surprising, the photos don't even justify its relaxed atmosphere and really comfortable facilities. The lounge is one of the best I've ever seen. And the whole place looks like its built in an old hospital which makes it spacious, but also echoey. My only complaint was that our room had windows at the top of the wall connecting with another dorm, and their light lit up our entire room when tey turned it on as also made any noise coming from there very noisy. Great place!
Really wicked hostel, stayed here for a week with my fiance last year and cannot say a bad word about it. The guys there were super helpful, breakfast was brilliant and the hostel room i was in looked straight at the Sacre Couer Basillica. Amazing views the entire week. Stay here in Paris, its an awesome spot.
