What an awesome hostel. One of the best I have stayed at in my 10 months of travelling Europe. Has something for everyone; a cheap bar to party with the locals and a quiet room and comfy bed if you want to sleep. The staff are really helpful and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is memorable. Facilities are always kept clean and the location is perfect for exploring old town. The kitchen is well stocked so you can cook up your own meals from the supermarket across the road.
awesome place. only shit thing was our 4 bed room only had one window that opened to the cleaning closet, it stunk pretty bad. definitely recommend the walking tour.
Free breakfast and little curtains on the beds were great but the staff were disinterested. One day we came back to an empty room with all our stuff gone. We found all our stuff in a pile at reception and the staff member told us that we were meant to check out that day. When he realised that we actually did have a booking for that night he said we had to change rooms. The staff member really didn't care or apologise and acted like it was our fault.
Wow this hostel rates very low compared to other hostels we've stayed at. Old, worn down and dirty. Bad showers and the fridges stank and were packed with old food. The location is good so if they put a little bit more effort into fixing the place up and keeping it clean it would could be a good hostel. I guess you get what you pay for with this one..
staff were very helpful. Helped us make the most of our stay. didn't enjoy the shared ensuite with 8 people
nice spacious 4 bed dorm. not enough bathrooms and can get quite noisy at night with the echo.
A great hostel with great kitchen facilities and a relaxed vibe.
Overall a nice place to stay with great atmosphere in the bar/common area. Good breakfast options. Poor pressure in the showers made washing hair hard. Reception staff could be more chatty with guests.
