This "hostel" or better coined "mansion" was an extremely pleasant stay. Great breakfast, live-in staff that are happy to help, and great view. Stay here.
A good idea and goo place, but no real value other than a bed and a place to sleep. Mattresses not comfortable, staff uninvolved for the most part and doing other things, no vibe and no character of the house (granted its two months old but still) and its pretty far away from anything meaning one must take a van to do anything. Fix these issues and would be ok.

Originally I just wanted to stay in Vidigal to experience the favela for 1 night and I am still here after 3. If you are looking for an amazing experience with a family atmosphere then this is your spot. Plus, the view is incredible! Bruno and Fernanda are awesome and they make one feel at home. Great spot indeed!!!
The location is about all this place has going for it. I am a bit bitter because the staff is a poor and acts like you are not a guest and like they are not actually at work. Major case was one of the workers who was arguing with some chic that was from Chile or Argentina outside our window for like 45 minutes - she was crying, he was yelling and time and time we told him to go away and shut up with no movement. Not a good person to have on staff.
Great hostel, great staff, great activities available and they go the extra mile - for example make sure you do the jeep tour and the dinners are also nice. - Tyler from California
Great spot within a great district of São Paulo. Awesome little jazz spot around the corner. Find it! Great staff too - they were extremely helpful and awesome!
Good spot in the town. Only caution is that they try and push services on you for bus, others and be advised other options exist other then the ones the state.
I've been all over the world and this hostel organization, helpfulness, business model and rough and ready awesomeness is something to brag about. Awesome staff and great property. Only thing that is bad is location, but they take care of you with transfers.
Is basically a cheap boutique hotel. No hostel atmosphere in terms of organized events / things to do / wtc but if they improved this it has seriously amazing potential. Step it up a notch guys and for people wanting a great stay in a mansion it's amazing
The place is great headquarters and base camp for going out and trekking around. The location is amazing and has the greatest local shops, restaurants and proximity to Istiklal Street. The Sultan Yavuz is a great aid and help, plus he has a mean playlist to keep the good times rolling. All in all great place and would stay again. Best breakfast ever by Yavuz also!
The Three Sultans of Cheers are indeed great keepers of the Sultanhamet location and fun guys. Great experience in Istanbul and great stay at Cheers. Would recommend and for sure stay again.
The hostel staff is amazing - such a great help and really cool. I was really put off by the pub crawl though. The guy was super creepy, weird and had us take a metro, walk for 15 minutes before getting to the next bar from the hostel. He also did not get me a shirt from the night which made me kinda pissed. The hostel has tours but they are WAY too expensive and they rip off the backpacker - which is not cool. Go on the free tour meeting at Spanish Steps and decline the Corporate shenanigans!
The place is meant to be great, the only thing I was pretty moved about was how the staff hungout with only eachother and felt you were imposing if you had a question about the city, something to do, or even asking for a new key card. I think it is a better idea if you have a reception area and not a bartender who has no clue. I probably will not be coming back here to stay, but perhaps to the bar to have a drink.
When one is staying in Sintra this is where you should stay. Miguel was super cool and had the patience and time to really connect and share the cool stuff he would do. Also, great location and great place. The place is a mansion! I want to go back in summer!

This was a fantastic hostel and I was so happy to arrive and have dinner for 8 euros, meet great people and have free shots at night! My only complaint was the Pub Crawl. I found the staff to be rude (stayed outside of the bars and did not seem to want to actually be with us). To top it off, the club was a 30 minute walk which totally killed our fun. When it was time to go home no staff was in sight to help. All in all a great hostel experience.
