With lockers in every room, and a locking door at the building entrance and the hostel's entrance on the second floor. It is across from a beautiful church, but unfortunately, the drunks and drug-users of Nice gather around there 24 hours a day, making noise, leaving trash, and making an unfriendly atmosphere. The hostel is only a half block off the main shopping drag of Nice that takes you to the beach. Staff not overly friendly, few amenities, but a very reasonable price.
Staff was extremely friendly. Great price for Roma. The hostel was close to Termini Station, but not a great part of town for restaurants or landmarks. The hostel is located in an apt complex, so a bit confusing upon arrival. Almost no common areas are available once the patio is closed for the evening (~7pm). Clean and a good value.
This is a well-designed and well ran hostel. It's an easy walk from the train station, the only knock on the location is it's not in view of any of Florence's many landmarks. The breakfast buffet was by far the best I've seen anywhere in Europe. They sell cheap wine and beer and have a courtyard for you to enjoy a beverage or meal.
Staff was generally helpful, though not particularly friendly. No lockers are available; exterior door and interior door require guests to lock with a key from the inside, so they are both often left open. Very few showers/toilets and no separate shower/shower curtain. Not located close to a supermarket or any fun bars/restaurants. It is close to the main train station, however it is very confusing to get from the station to the hostel. Price was very low. Easy bus access to Venice(island).
Staff was friendly and helpful. Not much socialization between guests.
Staff members were polite and customer service oriented. Bar was frequented by locals and hostel members alike. The rooms were packed with beds, but that's to be expected for this price. Great location & value!
