First UK hostel I've stayed in after staying in many others around the world, good to see we can get it right over here too! Location was great, easy walking distance from both underground and overground train stations. Lockers were best I've ever seen, MASSIVE and had a built in safe! Shower was powerful and hot. Alot of long-termers here gave the place a great atmosphere!! Free WIFI and breakfast! would definitely recommend and would definitely use again when in London. FUNNY DOG TOO :).
Really enjoy stay here, was just the right distance from the main hustle and bustle of Chewang central about a 5 min walk if that. To get to the beach you need to walk down the road abit and cut through another resort whihc was fine once we figured it out. Staff were Incredibly helpful really made our stay alot easier helping us book things. had a double room which was big, incredible air con and nice big shower. theres a bar down below but that seemed really quiet, looked good for eating though
Thought it was a great place to stay, had a private room, with a great bathroom, was just far enough from the hustle and bustle to get s good nights sleep but still very easy to walk right into it all, so ideal combo. Free Breakfast which was great and nice chilled eating area, didnt use the pool but looked good, had a safe box in our room which was great for security, all the staff were very friendly and helpful, loved all the animals theres too!
Another great stay here in Bangkok, and Joy was Helpful as ever!
Like the hostel alot , good air con, and beds have own plugs and lights which is nice. good location just outside the old walls making it easy to get out and about on a bike out of the center of chiang mai to the mountain and national park, or about a 10 min walk if your looking to get into town to the bits where its happenin', Staff always very helpful (big shout out to Micheal!) and the cutest kitten ^_^ !
Enjoyed my time here, air con was good, good place to meet others doing the same trips as yourself. Good organised events. Food was really nice but with it came the added price. Location is away from the riverfront, making tuk tuks necessity for most night time outings, the area in which its located is really safe and there is a supermarket quite close if your looking for one.
Really enjoyed my time here, Paul the owner really helped us get the most out of our stay helping set up our tours of the temples, rest of the staff super friendly too :). The location is ideal i think just a short walk (5mins if that) to the night market and pub street. One thing i would mention would be the lack of personal lockers in the dorm room, i never felt it a real issue due to the lovely nature of the place but just for piece of mind. BEST BREAKFASTS here, I gots to get ma protein :D
Probably my favorite hostel in Sydney, and has the best atmosphere of any i've been to in the world i reckon!! with a nice outside communal area its a great place to meet people. They put on such great events as well as free breakfast every morning and the BBQ on one of the nights is amazing! :D making this hostel really great value. only slight downside is the location if you want to regularly see the CBD, its a long walk, even to any train station but you can always catch a bus.
Only stayed here for 1 night so hard to say exactly how good it was in terms of location etc, but the staff seemed nice and the room was nice and big and clean with great lockers for my bag, had a cool downstairs bar which was deserted when i went (June) quiet time i guess, but looked a great place to meet people when busy, also had a nice TV/common room.
