Decent hotel near the centre of Bordeaux. The opening hours are a bit strange but apart from that it was clean and nice. The rooms are spacious with a sink. The wifi only works near the lobby area but I guess if you huddle your laptop there it shouldn't be a problem.
Decent hotel right in the centre of Bordeaux. The price may seem high but Bordeaux seems to lack cheap hostels and traveller hotels so this probably is one of the cheapest ones. The staff was ok, even lent me a socket adapter and helped out when needed. I didn't get the breakfast as I thought it was quite expensive for a continental breakfast but there are lots of Cafes nearby so it wasn't a problem
Stayed in the Ensuite Double room which is on a different street but still in the centre of Old Town. It had a mini kitchen and was very clean. It was just a shame that there were some house fixing works outside in the morning but I guess it's not their fault. Ana seems to be very straight to the point but I think its just the way she speaks. She was very friendly and was kind enough to offer us luggage store and shower on our day of departure. Overall a great stay in this lovely town.
Decent hostel that is really close to the Nice Ville Station. Quite lively thanks to the pasta/wine nights. Also had a good "Champagne" night where you got to meet and greet fellow travellers. Would recommend to others. (however slightly expensive due to Monaco Grand Prix but I guess that's unavoidable. Also the beds could be slightly cleaner but still clean enough)
I know that this hostel isn't worth 100% but I'm giving it a 100 to balance the negative views. Yes it lacks in character, a bit of security and atmosphere but it's a hostel near the station that's 20 mins away from main attractions. You wouldn't normally expect a 'party' atmosphere. I thought the hostel was extremely clean, the bed was laid out quite nicely and the toilets were really clean. The room was really spacious with no bunkbeds and basic facilities like the microwave, fridge and coffee
Clean and no frills hostel in Bologna. Pretty clean and accessible. It was however quite hard to find first time. Unfortunately the owner was reluctant to stay 30 mins of his lunchtime so that we could pick our luggage up. It was also quite expensive compared to some of the places that I've stayed in but I'm not sure if it was because of the children's book fair.
Decent hostel VERY close to the main Florence station and all the attractions in Florence. The staff is also very friendly. He even waited for us during his lunchtime (which is a big dedication in Italy as we've later found out).
The best hostel I have ever stayed in. South side of the river Arno with a garden view and the view of the duomo. It's right next to all the good restaurants in Florence. The owners were very helpful and recommended some good places to visit. There's also a espresso machine which is always a plus. We ended up staying there for one more night and the owners helped us to arrange it out. Stay here!!!!! Highly recommended!!!
It's a lively hostel with a great welcome drink. As there is a bar downstairs it's easy to meet new people during the trip. It's not that far away from the city centre (realistically 15 mins walk) and really close to the rail station which is always handy.
Probably the cleanest hostel I've ever visited. Felt almost like a hotel with secure card keys. The location is perfect about 10 mins U-bahn journey away from major attractions and currywurst. Usually quiet at night unlike some other hostels.
Feels like you're in a Maltese home with the decorations. Very Friendly staff with excellent free breakfast. Located in central Valletta
No frills type hostel. Everything's clean and the Old Town is within good distance.
Absolutely wonderful hostel. Aleksandra and Jurijus are very friendly and flexible. Her pancakes are great and she gives you lots of information about the town
One of the best hostels I've stayed in. Very close to all the attractions of Budapest. Staffs are very friendly and speak great English (although they seem to change everyday). There is a kitchen where you can cook stuff and a Tesco metro which is really handy for snacks and light sandwich lunch

It was a great hostel. VClean and quite friendly (tho she spoke virtually no english). You can really get the feel of the French countryside. The only issue I had was the distance of it from the actual la cite in Carcasonne. But thankfully the owner drove me to Carcassonne so it wasnt a huge problem. MUST if you have a car. if you dont its still a good place to stay for a couple of days
A great value for money. Right next to Montpellier city centre. The staff are rather friendly and its probbly one of the cheapest single room you can find in MOntpellier. Extremely clean with good internet access and clean toilets
Great hostel to stay. Extremely clean and professional
