The hostel is nice, staff is friendly and helpful. There is a nice and well equipped kitchen, the rooms are spacious enough and the bathrooms are clean. Mostly, my only bad commentary is on the directions, which are wrong and outdated. The hostel is not in a corner, as the directions say, and there is no signage outside whatsoever.

The hostel is well located, but a little difficult to find. Luckily the hostel owner heard us passing by on the street and stopped us. Otherwise, we wouldn't have find it. The facilities are clean, but somehow disorganized. We experienced a feeling of being in a Japanese family house, what for us was a plus. But the house could be a little bit more organized (especially the bathroom and kitchen) and compared to other similar hostels in Japan, we found this one a bit expensive.

The hostel is very close to some of the city's main attractions and to public transportation. It is also located nearby the shopping district, restaurants area, and bars and clubs. It is the only hostel we stayed in Japan that was Western like. The pros is that we the beds were spaced and we had room for luggage, and the bathroom had an actual shower. The bad part is that we missed the oriental experience at this hostel. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

Thank you for your comment. We had a really good time with you. We are happy that you enjoyed your stay here. Well, our hostel is like western style. but we can't change the facilities. In stead of that, our location is one of the best in Kyoto. It is easy to go anywhere else. We hope we'll see you next time!!

The hostel is very well located and generally clean. The blankets should have a cover, or be washed. All the blankets in my room were dirty and none of the guests were using them because of how dirty they were. Breakfast is free, but do not expect much, it is made of coffee, tea and waffles. All in all, it is an overpriced average hostel.

The hostel should be described as a hotel with shared rooms. There are no common rooms and very few opportunities to socialize with other fellow travelers. The room was clean and equipped with a kitchen and had a nice bathroom. The location is not on Nob Hill, at most on the edge of Nob Hill, but really on Tenderloin, which is a favorite area for homeless and alcoholic people during the night. Stayed only one night at the hostel and would not stay again due to the neighborhood.

Hostel is within walking distance from the city's main attractions. Rooms and bathrooms were nice and clean. However, the common areas were awkward, always empty and trashed. The kitchen is well equipped, but had rotting trash. The door to the rooms area should auto-lock, but for some reason it doesn't and was always opened. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The hostel is super well-located, nice rooms and installations. The down side is the bathrooms. There were only 2 bathrooms available for the entire hostel. I had to wait for a very long time (2 hours, one of the days) to take my shower.

The hostel is not really close to anywhere. It's a good walk from the train station, to the subway and bus stops, and to the city's attractions. The area has several abandoned buildings and seems a little unsafe during the night. The rooms were clean, and the bathrooms were ok. The shower was only lukewarm. Overall, I don't think it's a good cost/benefit. I would not stay there again.

The staff is very helpful and friendly, especially the receptionist. She helped us a lot with directions, tips, and booking tours and other hostels. She was the best hostess we had in Romania. When we stayed, the hostel was under renovation.Currently there were only one toilet, which got dirty at a few times.

The hostel is very well located and staff is really nice and friendly. However, the hostel is just above a breakfast and snack bar and people stayed under our window having a good time, but we couldn't sleep after 6am. The rooms are very nice and clean. For the rooms with shared bathroom, there is one only, which is downstairs and inside another room. Lastly, the hostel is not properly named. There is nothing like spa. On the overall, it's a good value for the money.

The beds are 3-bed bunks and specially when the person on the top moves, the entire bunk moves. Room was clean. There is not enough bathrooms for all the guests (my floor had only only bathroom for 3 dorms) and probably because of the high use they were not clean, but not terrible. Staff is nice and friendly and the installations are nice also.

Giovanna was an incredible hostess! She provided us maps, orientation and inside tips. Our room was spacious, nicely furnished and had a great view of Florence. The staff is super welcoming and friendly and they go that extra mile for helping and pleasing every guest. The rooms are spacious and clean and the bathrooms are good. The only down side is the place where this hostel is located. Even though it is very centrally located and easy to reach most of the city's attractions, the neighborhood itself is not good. The hostel is located in an apartment within a strange condominium, to say the least.

The hostel is nicely located within a walking distance from the main attractions, close to a subway station and in the heart of a bar area. However, the hostel itself looked chaotic. We didn't have hot shower during our entire stay; the room was nice, but guests would leave and come and no one would appear to clean the beds; the kitchen is very well-equipped, but there were dirty dishes piled up on the entire counter and sink and the tables were always dirty and messed up.

All what this hostel offers is a bed in a great location. And wi-fi. The room and bathroom are quite clean, as the communal area. The hostel doesn't have any sign on the outside and the stairs up to the hostel is just strange, it has an "illegal look". After recovering from the first impression and considering NYC options, it is not a bad place. I would stay there again.

Dear Kimie, my name is Rocío and I´m the manager of the Hostel, I already talk to the receptionist who was at the moment of your departure and there was a clear misunderstood caused by comnunication problems. I would also like to note that your things were not taken away and also, here were your brazilian friends and they also understood that they had to take them to you. The only reason why any member of the staff would open a paddlock is the owner asking to do so. Or even in an extreme case, that decision must be taken by me. Therefore, I apologize for the paddlock (the recepcionist did what was correct, offering you a new one), and we wish you a good year. Best Regards, R.T.

Dear Kimie, Actually we are located in historical important area. You might not have a chance to explore our neighborhood by foot or by bike. Secret of exploring Bangkok is to choose a small alley possible and you'll see how we live.
