Fabrizzios Guesthouse doesn't exist like this anymore, so we stayed in Fabrizzios Terrace. But I think the change was a good one since the Terrace is situated in a more quiet street. We had a twin bed room with just enough space for the two of us, a little table and two chairs. The kitchen and dining room have a certain charme we really enjoyed (espacially the 24/7 available breakfast). Everything was very clean and the staff more than friendly. We didn't need the living room but it looked comfy
We enjoyed our stay at Smart Camden Hostel. It is located in a nice area and not too far away from the "most important" part of the city (Big Ben...) - just a short trip via subway. Our room was a bit small, just enough space to stay there at night, not to spend a whole day or even more in the hostel. The beds were quiet comfy. The breakfast was a joke: only some old slices of toast with one kind of marmelade and some cornflakes. And there was an old snoring man sleeping in the back yard.
This is definitly the most awesome hostel I ever stayed in. First of all the staff. As mostly all Portugese people Luis was very welcoming and kind, explained everything we needed to know about the hostel, the city. the vacation, everything. The apartment was very luxurious (maybe just because we usually only have a simple bedroom with a shared bathroom and nothing more, it's more that you can ask for that little money we paid). The location is central and still really quiet.
