I recon it's all there. This hostel is usually a campus. There is not really a common room, but there are so many rooms that there are spots everywhere for people to gather. It is close to the center and very organized and clean. There are plenty of showers, WiFi is great and the staff really helpful. The option for breakfast is nice and there is really a lot to choose from.
The hostel is easy to get to if you follow the signs, not the GPS. The option to park within the gates was very convenient. The beds are good, the showers more than, the coocking facilities somewhat limited. The location is also very close to the actual center and the staff is helpful. Nothing really stands out, but all is good.
The hostel is like a little paradise in an otherwise not so desirable city. The location is hard to find because the GPS does not include Tirana maps, so follow the hostel's own description! The staff is very helpful and friendly and the location, due to the secluded area very secure. It can host more people than you would suspect and I recon I could spend a week at the premisis alone with all the different spots to hang out with. Breakfast is awesome and beds really good!
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is somewhat odd to reach, but I could leave the motorbike quite well. The third bed in the room was too bad to sleep on and I had to put the matress to the floor. There was also no way to lock the closet to store our gear. The provided dinner was very nice and the hostel is small enough to be cosy.
The hotel itself is very cheap considering the facilities and though simple, is very, very clean and orderly. It's inconvenient that the hostess doesn't speak English, but it works nevertheless. Make sure to bring cash, there is no machine. The hotel is noisy and apparently this part of Burgas, which is not really Burgas, is only used by Bulgarians. The beach is a total letdown. The wifi could use improvement since it is actually in the hostess appartment.
The price for staying a night and the distance to the actual center compensates well for the facility. The hostel has the convenience to pay with card and has Wifi, though the reception was only good in the bar downstairs. The staff is helpful and friendly, but I have been wondering how many staffmembers were employed. There seemed to be work in progress, which was needed because it was kindoff a dump.
The location is perfect with the main center's street just around the corner. It would have been convenient to be able to use plastic instead of cash. The ATM is just around the corner though. The lockers don't work properly with all padlocks. The shower really needs a makeover. Loads of shower curtains are missing. The wifi is too weak upstairs.
The hostel was proper and sober. We arrived on a friday at 16:00 and had to wait outside for an our before the reception opened. The hostess was friendly though and we got our room keys quickly after. The room was tidy, but the floors were not cleaned after the last visitors left. I was hoping for a common room on friday evening, but couldn't find one. Hollenfels as a village has little to offer, but a 100 meters from the hostel is a nice pizzaria/restaurant. The scenery around Hollenfels is bea
