There was an incident where a man was sleeping, unaware that he was in someone else's bed who had been sleeping there, from my understanding for a while. The man who was sleeping , it was not his fault as that bed was made fresh and the bed below had been left in a state (basically not changed). The man who seemed to have a London accent was extremely abrupt and quite rude, seemingly not understand that it was not the man's fault. After this incident, I would hope that beds are no numbered.

I would signpost the basement area better from outside as the front door is not used for reception.

I only stayed one night and it was a good night. Although it's not in central London, its a very short walk from Dollis Hill Station which is on the Jubilee Line, so handy if you are doing all the touristy stuff.

After reading the reviews on here i was nervous about staying here, but overal it was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room i was in (four bed male en-suite) was nice and good value for money. It was a little cold at night, but that's nothing to cry over. When i looked at the map i was thinking OMG it's far! but it's not actually. Unless your 20 stone, i see no reason why you can't walk from the hostel onto Queensway, so yea a good stay!

At first for the price, i was not expecting much, but it was one of the best i've stayed in. My room had a TV and a shower in it, the lounge reception area was quite lively and everyone seemed so nice. In a great location, just around the corner from Bayswater station.
