I stayed here for 1 night in the private double room. Location on Love Lane is right near all the cafes and within walking distance to all sights in Georgetown. Strong wifi, friendly staff, not overloaded with guests, clean bathrooms with good water pressure, common space available for guests, large bedroom, comfortable bed, modern design, strong air con. Very satisfactory stay!

Be warned, the address listed is NOT where you will stay. We were lucky that our unit was 2 blocks closer to the city center. Location was very central, and I felt safe. We were pleasantly surprised by the massive 2 floors provided for our stay! It was clean and tastefully decorated in an antique, boutique style. The stairs are traditional style - narrow and steep and not suitable for the elderly. Due to wet paint, they graciously provided free beer and wine. Wifi was terrible.
The location was great, the rooms are huge, free breakfast was delicious, wifi was strong, towels were a plus and most of the staff (especially Zoom) were super friendly and helpful. Zoom even helped us switch to a room on the lower floor from the 4th floor (con: it's a walk up). This place is hotel-ish, there is no common area. They get upset when you book your tours elsewhere. They talked badly of the 3rd party tour company and lectured us for not booking through hotel.
The staff was friendly and helpful, wifi was strong, and the location was perfect- right in the heart of the backpacker district. The hostel is located in a tiny alley, a bit sketchy looking at night but quiet and perfectly safe. The place can be difficult to find so book the airport pickup through the hostel ($15usd) because the driver will walk you to the front door. But there was mold in the bathroom, the towels/sheets needed replacing, and it felt cramped and small!
