Villa Divine

Dubrovnik, Croatia

Positives - Great hostel!! It was nicely decorated and very clean. The staff were very friendly and did lots of nice extra things such as serve us pancakes in bed one morning. Great place to meet other travellers. Short bus trip (about 15 - 20 mins) into Old Town and in a nice area of Dubrovnik Negatives - It's a little had to find so I would recommend getting a taxi from Old Town to the hostel when you first arrive so that you can get your bearings a bit.

Positives - Excellent location (just 2 minute walk from Metro station). I was welcomed by a very friendly host who was very helpful and informative on the must see tourist spots. Croissant and drinks in the morning to start off the day. Overall, very good stay Negatives - a little bit noisy (I could hear people talking outside of my room in the lounge and dining area)

The Party Hostel

Koh Phangan, Thailand

POSITIVES - right next to the beach and bars, easy to meet people and free vodka bucket every night. NEGATIVES - noisy (as it was right next to the beach). I stayed in the shared dorms so we had AC but I don't think they have AC only a fan in the private rooms and it got REALLY hot in those rooms

The Siem Reap Hostel

Siem Reap, Cambodia

POSITIVES - Great little bar that serves nice food, cosy chill out area near the pool. NEGATIVES - The dorms were very average and the location was a little far out from centre

NapPark Hostel at Khao San

Bangkok, Thailand

POSITIVES - Great location, cheap rooms, clean and friendly staff. They organised some free Thai food for us to sample and also games to play which was great to meet other people staying in the hostel. I stayed in the 22 bed mixed dorm but they way the beds are laid out didn't make it feel like you were sharing with 21 other people. NEGATIVES - Not a great deal of space in dorm but sufficient

Equity Point London

London, England

POSITIVES - Fairly decent priced accom for London and not far from Paddington Station. Stayed here the night before catching the Heathrow Express from Paddington Station and it was convenient for that. NEGATIVES - Small beds, quite cramp room and the share bathroom was really small and not very clean. Breakfast very average
