Staff are fantastic, friendly and helpful. Rooms are adequate for the price. Spend time in the common areas rather than the dorm. First floor shared restrooms are fine, the rest, not so clean. Internet only works in the lobby. Baked fusilli with chicken is the best western dish, the brownies suck. Overall, an incredibly pleasant stay.

Rooms are clean and modern with big, comfortable beds. Staff are lovely. However, there aren't nearly enough showers/toilets for the volume of visitors, and they are kind of dirty and poorly maintained. Also, we booked a show through the hostel so they would provide transportation, which ended up with us and a young woman from the hostel trying to flag down a cab for half an hour.. Not exactly ideal.

Room was spacious for the price and location. Had big windows and a clean ensuite bathroom, which we did not request, but did appreciate. Of the beds, 1 was a mattress, the other 2 were just box springs and not very comfortable. There was not much of a sense of community, which is pretty typical in Hong Kong. All the properties listed on this area of causeway bay appear to fall under 1 umbrella hostel, just FYI.

The hostel was clean enough and my bed was, personally, very comfortable. The staff was awkward, though. A couple times a woman just walked into my dorm and stood there for a few minutes, then left. Once, one of the housekeepers slept in my dorm. That's just kind of weird. The bathroom SERIOUSLY needs to be updated.

The staff was the best, very friendly and helpful young women. The worst were the rats, at night we could here them scurrying through the walls. Facilities were fine but more bathrooms would have been nice.

In this area ,there are many food shops ,restuarants. So it is possible to find rats. But we can protect the 100% rats from outside go in to our hostel. ^.^ ^.^ We check everytime after the guests check out ,we find nothing that appear there are the rats inside our hostel. ^.^ ^.^ ^.^

We stayed in a double room, shared bathroom. We loved how friendly and helpful every member of the staff was and we were surprised that even though the bathrooms were shared they were always spotless. Little extra touches like providing a heated blanket in the room and a hairdryer and washing machines in the shower room really made our stay comfortable. We are returning to Chengdu this summer with our families and will definitely stay here again.
