The bathrooms were always dirty (and so did the bedroom), the bedroom was TOO HOT and it was not possible to open the windows, so it was just impossible to sleep; when I complained about it, the girl in the reception did not seem to care about it. It was very close to gare du nord and gare de l'est, which was great to locomotion, but I did not feel very safe walking around in the night. Nevertheless, they have a good laundry service and breakfast is included (even though the glasses were dirty)
Thank you for your comments, we appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. We are currently in the process of installing the A/C into the rooms so the issue of being too hot will be a thing of the past! The receptionist would have made note of the issue and passed on the information to management and maintenance. We hope you will consider coming back knowing this. St Christopher's Inn GDN

I strongly recommend this hostel. the location is great (10 min walk from the duomo), the bedroom was confortable, the staff very cool. They offer a free drink when you arrive and they have free breakfast and free dinner (i've never seen this in a hostel!). Just great!

Just perfect. Great location (5 min walk to piazza san marco), staff very cool and helpful, very clean. The room I stayed was actually a room in a big apartment and a shared a bathroom with another room. I really recommend it!

Good location (few blocks from termini station and it was possible to go walking to most of attractions) and very clean. They have a bar/party downstairs, which is interesting, but it attracts lots of people that just want to party and get drunk/scream/laugh all night long even in the bedrooms. The ar conditioning was not working in my bedroom, so it was very hot and we have to leave the window opened (and it was very noisy). I do not recommend if you want a hostel to sleep well...

Great hostel! close to the central station, safe (code to get in the hostel and each room), good breakfast (a little bit expensive, though) and very clean.

good location (15 min walk from the main square), very clean, greeeat shower, they have an ok breakfast. i just think is a little bit bizarre that 2 beds of my bedroom were in a sort of attic. luckily there was just another person and me in my 5 bed dorm, so i got a good bed. i'd definitely recommend it

you should definitely clean more the hostel and put a better wifi and wifi in the rooms. i took always too much time to organise my trip because of this slowness
We can assure you that we are busy cleaning EVERY day... We are stil in a process of deciding if we will provide Wifi in the rooms..at the moment we find that the wifi access in our 2 Public areas is adequate, and means that people interact and do not dissappear into their rooms.
