There is no reason to stay anywhere else when you're in Taipei.
the hostel is about a 15 min walk from the trainstation. I took a taxi which was convenient and paid around NT 100.- the hostel has a cool library (not a bookexchange). The rooms are very spacious and bright. the staff is very friendly and helpful. my stay felt very warm and personal. the common room is fantastic with several instruments. it's the only hostel I've ever been where you can come back after hiking and there's a guy playing Beethoven on the piano in the common room -very cool
this hostel is as close to a perfect hostel as you can get. it is very small and personal and incredibly well maintained.
Very good location. Cool relaxed hostel.
Simply, there is no better hostel in Alice Springs if you are looking for a nice place to relax. Pretty sure there won't be a better place in a radius of 600 km. Maybe it's even one of the best hostels in Australia.
good place for a place to stay.
basically at Central Station. cool look. modern.
a nice hostel but like most hostels in Australia on the more expensive side. nevertheless I had a great stay there.
It is just a great place to stay in seattle.
it's one of those hostels where you have to get used to it's own vibe first. once you got it, it's one of the coolest hostels to stay. "Das ist gut, ja!"
first of all: they have the greatest shower in north america. it's like showering in a squash court. as they describe on their homepage, there's no stove. there are only two showers and toilets, which means that it doe get thight when the hostel is fully booked. But those bathrooms are very clean. the staff is excellent and very helpful. it''s one of the most relaxed hostel i've ever been and the communal living room helps to get in touch with other backpackers.
It is indeed a very peaceful place and the location is perfect. although there are no power sockets in the rooms, the backyard is awesome and the staff is very helpful.
i can strongly recommend the halifax backpackers. the staff is not only friendly, they become like friends. the whole hostel feels more like a flat-sharing community than a hostel. the hostel is very entangled with its surrounding community which makes you as a guest feel like a part of this community. the downtown is reachable within walking distance and the bus station is almost in front of the hostel. you get great food, coffee and live music at the hostel lounge. it s a lively place
absolutely great hostel
