Lovely little hostel in a good location. Easy to find following their directions. Mark and his wife are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Good kitchen and laundry facilities. Clean and tidy. Larger beds, with own light and power points which is nice. Air-con in rooms, and umbrellas for those times you need them! They offer discounts on the tours, which is also handy. I would definitely recommend this hostel, great value for money!

A nice, clean hostel that just needs a little bit extra to make it great. It feels like it has been recently renovated, but is missing a few things - no toilet rolls in any toilets (one roll in my room of 4, to take into a toilet with us!) and no soap in bathrooms to wash hands with. Basic kitchen facilities and towel included. Handy location and easy to find. Room was nice enough but needed a bit of a clean. Good value for money though and much better than other London hostels I've stayed in!

A great hostel in a great location. Easy to find and close to the main sites. The hostel was very clean and well maintained. Lots of lovely communal areas to use. Rooms had lockers, and each bed has a powerpoint and reading light. Great kitchen facilities. Would definitely recommend this hostel to others.

We stayed at Riad Massin for 5 nights and LOVED it! It's in a great location (it may be tricky to find the first time, although we rang the hostel and someone came out onto the main street to meet us) and is great value for money. The local knowledge the staff provide is excellent. The staff were so lovely and couldn't do enough to help us. We were sad to leave them and the hostel! We will definitely be recommending Riad Massin to friends!

Centrally located and easy to find. Our room (6 bed dorm) was clean and well maintained although small. Breakfast was actually included in the price which was a nice surprise. It is more like a hotel, as there is no common area or atmosphere. Good value and location though.

Great location and easy to find. The cleanliness of our dorm (18 bed) was average although the bathroom was generally very clean. The staff were helpful. The room was loud due to the pub being right underneath. None of the lockers near us worked, as they either were broken or had previously been cut open and not repaired. Breakfast was good, with cereal, fruit and bread.

Great hostel and good location (easy to find following the instructions on their website). The room was lovely and spacious and very clean and the meals available in their restaurant were good. However, we had no hot water at all for the nights that we were there, and although we spoke to reception several times this was never fixed - their solution was to either 'go to the sauna to warm up' or that they could 'make us a cup of tea to warm up after our hot shower'. Not good for winter!

Good location and clean rooms. Breakfast was nice. Staff though are not on-site which means that any issues take a long time to be dealt with. We had a rather large issue with our room (no electricity after a lightbulb which wasn't working properly was incorrectly replaced) and took a long time late at night to be fixed. We weren't given any form of apology or acknowledgement for this inconvenience which spoiled our stay a bit.
