Wake Up! Sydney Central

Sydney, Australia

This is a big hostel. You might find it hard to make friends. Otherwise I was happy with the facilities and stayed here for two trips to Sydney.

Hi there, Thanks for taking some time out to leave us a review! While we are definitely one of the largest hostels here in Sydney we believe we have an unrivaled atmosphere that is usually reserved for a much smaller property. Our dedicated activities team run a mixture of day and night events each day of the week and our bar, Side Bar is this undisputed king of the backpacker and university scene here in Sydney. Baan Dinso 2

Bangkok, Thailand

I got a private room and loved it. It was quiet, clean, I liked the bathroom and shower facilities, the restaurant downstairs is a little slow but the food and prices are good.

Domingo Hostel

Koh Phangan, Thailand

Tony was absolutely amazing - the nicest host I've ever had. He helped me rent and return a scooter, partied with us at the Full Moon Party, helped me with travel planning and booking, organized day trips for us around Koh Phangan, and more. The location of the hostel is cool because it's not in Haad Rin, meaning it's quiet and you can actually sleep. It's just a 10 minute/100 baht ride east to get to Haad Rin.

USA Hostels San Francisco

San Francisco, USA

Clean bathroom and shower facilities, great basement with pool table, foosball, commercial kitchen, and even a theatre, lots of lounging space to do work. I loved everything about the hostel except the location. It's so close to the Tenderloin which is such a disgusting place to walk through.

Hostel One Prague

Prague, Czech Republic

Clean room, clean bathroom, huge kitchen, big living room with couches and TV, lots of free computers to use, cool staff, guests were friendly, very good prices. Recommended!

This hostel is so big that it makes it hard to meet people. The main floor is a big restaurant and bar. You have to pay by the hour to use the computers. Wi-fi is pretty spotty in the rooms, so you have to go into the hallway or to the main floor to get internet. Bedrooms were clean and had curtains on the beds. Washrooms were shared for the entire floor so people abused them and left them dirty. I would recommend this hostel for groups, but not solo travellers.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We like to believe we are here for everyone. We have happy hours at the barm a night club and also a commun room where people can sit down and just get to know others and we are very sorry you didn't get to make friends. Our company moto is party hard and sleep easy. That is what belushis and st christopher's is about a place to have fun and have a good night of sleep. We would love to have you back so you can have another chance to meet people and make friends in our hostel as we believe that it's very important when you are travelling =)

Hostel One Sants

Barcelona, Spain

This is my favourite hostel from my eurotrip! Location is great (short walk to the nearest subway station). The staff were really cool, kind and helpful. The free dinners at 7pm were awesome, the whole hostel got together every night like a family. The vibe was amazing, it's very easy to meet people here. Highly highly recommended.

Heart Of Amsterdam

Amsterdam, Netherlands

Great location in the heart of the red light district. Room, bed, and ensuite washroom was clean. Staff was average. The vibe in the hostel was not nice, seemed very cold, no one was interacting with each other.
