This place was okay. No real atmosphere. The staff was kind. The actual name of the place is B&B Caponi Brothers. Though there was a breakfast, it was extremely low quality. Toast shaped crackers, pre-wrapped croissants (that expire in the spring of 2014.. ), and boiling water for tea that has sediments in it. I wouldn't consider that a breakfast, more of an attempt to attract people to the place. The room was quite nice, with a television and many stations. Everything was impeccably clean.
The place was okay. The kitchen sucked. The common room was great as was the book exchange. The security isn't all that good. Anyone can just walk in the hostel and roam around. Location is awesome, five minute walk from the Roma Termini. The staff was super nice.
Great place! Even if you are unsure about Naples, this place really makes you feel safe. The staff were great as well as the atmosphere. Plenty to do at the hostel if you dont feel like going out and roaming around in the evening.
The people who work here are phenomenal. Milka has a beautiful soul and makes long term travelers feel at home and appreciated. We loved our stay here!
This hostel was lovely! The girls who work there are so dedicated to making your stay comfortable and pleasant. When I was skyping with a family member, the receptionist ran all the way to a hostel affiliated with our and brought back a camera for me to use. The place is clean, and although the kitchen is quite tiny, it makes very little difference during low season because everyone has the chance to make their own food. The atmosphere was also amazing. Thanks to the dedicated girls at CroParadise
Great place. The receptionist was really friendly and we were upgraded to a better room simply because they wanted to make sure that we weren't too crowded in a room when another was practically empty. Very considerate crew. We would definitely recommend staying there is your are in Zagreb. The hostel is also minutes away from the station, which is ideal if your need to catch a bus or train to Split.
We liked the hostel, however, we are quite certain that there were bed bugs in our room. The staff was very friendly and we appreciated their help when planning our trip to the National Park.
The most beautiful hostel I have ever stayed at. The wooden villa is simply gorgeous. The atmosphere is great, the room are clean and comfortable, and the free breakfast get an A+ for being cutely set up as well as yummy. Definitely one of my favorite hostel stays during my trip around Europe. The staff were really helpful as well.
We loved the Pink Panther Hostel. We met tons of new people, especially during the nightly activities that the hostel organizes (chocolate fondue, beer pong, etc). I highly recommend this hostel for young backpackers who want to socialize. The only thing I would suggest are larger lockers to fit in the backpacks. Though everyone in my room seemed trustworthy, I would have been more at ease if all my things could have been locked up.
The stay at this hostel was great. It's really close to a S-bahn station, so the city centres are really accessible from the hostel. Security was good; we only had one issue with a roomates guest who was lingering when everyone was sleeping, but the advised receptionist took care of it and kicked him out (politely). The kitchen was lovely, as well as the TV room and eating area. We loved this hostel and would go back in a heartbeat.
It was an okay hostel. We had to pay to use the computers for internet access, and they were really inconvenient and frustrating (once the time ran out, it would shut down all the windows we had open; it was impossible to get anything done). Some people at reception were nice, others rather unpleasant. I would rather try another hostel if I ever go back to Hamburg.
Kitchen and lounge area was awesome. One of the receptionists was so nice; he helped me with a couple of computer related issues (he really went out of his way to help us). Other than that, I overheard two of the other receptionists laughing at my last name (they didn't know I was sitting upstairs at the time).. Was rather awkward and disrespectful. The place was really affordable because it was low season. We would definitely consider going back if we ever visit Interlaken again.
We found the place to be really down to earth. Although Annecy is gorgeous, staying at the hostel is what really made our stay even better. We met lovely people, and had a great chat with all three owners who gave us traveling advice and really cared about our backpacking. The atmosphere is friendly, genuine, and you can get some serious rest and fun at this hostel. Hands down the best I've been to in France. Great place for people looking to meet travelers and have a good time.
The place was nice and clean. The 'kitchen' was nothing short of disappointing: it consisted of a sink, a couple of bowls and a microwave.
Superb. Even if we were young backpackers, we were welcomed warmly. The owner and his daughter were wonderful. Loved it.
The guy at the reception looked so confused. We had to explain how to complete the payment.. about five times. We needed to explain how to divide the bill in two.. Needless to say, we weren't impressed. We had to speak up in order for him not to overcharge us.
Unfortunate there isn't a kitchen. That is pretty much the only major (really major) negative point.
This place is great for young backpackers. The Hotel Baccarat is very close to the train station, and a nice walk away from Nice's main attractions (beach, market...). The staff was very kind and organized affordable activities for all, allowing those in the hotel to mingle (Pasta party night with wine for 3 euros). Very much enjoyed the air conditioning as well!
We were very surprised when we got to the hostel. The place is very beautiful, and the people are welcoming. We had a great time and very much appreciated returning to the hostel after a long day of sightseeing in Brussels. Thanks!
