Located conveniently near the tsukuba line which takes you to the JR line quickly making the distant location surprisingly convenient. The atmosphere was ok, the kitchen space was a bit crammed. They have big storage spaces under the beds which you can lock if you have your own lock. Day staff was fantastic but the night staff were not that helpful. Overall decent place.

I love this place! The owners are great people and the building is so lovely. Formerly home to a teacher of tea ceremony the building wraps around a garden in a center courtyard. I could sit for days on the couch that overlooks the common room and garden. I have stayed here twice and have never had an issue, there is no airconditioning if thats a problem. I always wish I could stay longer just to hang out and relax because the atmosphere is so great.

The owners of Oki's Inn are fabulous! The building is beautiful and the common room and the bedrooms are all in traditional style with tatami flooring. The courtyard area with the bathrooms and laundry area has a great feel to it. I loved this place and the people and the only drawback is that they don't have computers free for use. The owners gladly offer their personal computer for use but you feel like you are imposing. But the have wi-fi and other than that the place is fantastic!
