Absolutely excellent facilities. Thoroughly deserving of their claim to being a 'poshtel'. Definitely a bit on the expensive side but the rooms were always clean and well set out for travellers with comfortable beds, individual lights, bunks built into the walls (so no creaking or shaking from bunkmates), and power points on a ledge by your bed. Larger lockers would be handy and should be assigned per bunk.
Great staff and (mostly) cool guests. We stayed in the double room which was good value. A really cool vibe and always people to go out with every night. We had a good time here and made many new friends. Highly recommended if you want to see the Budapest nightlife without staying in a 'party hostel' surrounded by 18 year olds.
Very centrally located - just two minutes walk to Termini so you can get a bus or metro anywhere you need. Room was reasonably sized and had space to put your things and a table to use. Breakfast each morning was fair - a drink and a pastry, which is standard for Italy. Staff were helpful at all times. Wi-Fi didn't work well in our room (at the end of the corridor) but worked okay in other rooms I believe. Two bathrooms for three rooms meant there was never a wait. Recommended.
Absolutely huge rooms with a very modern fit-out, hotel-quality shared bathrooms that were always clean, fantastic breakfast brought to your room. Location is convenient if you don't mind a little walking. A delight to stay in. Highly recommended.
You will not stay cheaper in Venice Mestre and be this close to the action - just 10 minutes walk to the station and 10 minutes to Venice. You get what you pay for - this place is seriously cheap and as such it has terribly noisy and uncomfortable beds and a very average shower/bathroom. But seriously, who comes to Venice to enjoy their hostel? If you want a nicer place, spend another 20 euros a night for a better one. If you want to save money in a clean, safe hostel, this is the place for you.
Well located near a metro station. Great value for money and a very welcoming host. Breakfast each morning and the drink on arrival were lovely. Two bathrooms for four rooms means there is always one available when you need it. The room was very big and spacious with lots of places to put your things. You do feel like you are lacking privacy a little because the doors to the rooms have partially opaque glass panels. If they were solid timber doors then this place would be perfect.
You can't get closer to the centre of Brussels than this. Very secure building and decent rooms and facilities. The bathroom is very cosy and the shower floods the bathroom every time you use it because the drains don't work properly. No alcohol permitted (even in the kitchen) - most people ignored this rule anyway because there is basically no staff on premises. Don't forget - check-in is at another location. If you walk from the central train station, the check-in location is on your way.
A seriously cool hostel in one of the best cities in Europe. Free breakfast was great, rooms were quiet, location was literally in the centre of everything, and it has its own bar and smoking room. What more can you ask for? If you want a great time in Amsterdam, stay here!
Great room and great location next to the shopping district. The self-service breakfast worked really well and was well stocked. Just make sure you ask what time check-out is as we were not told on the website or when checking in and had to pack our things and leave while he waited outside the door...
Dorm room was good although the other occupants were not! Shared bathroom was excellent and could be locked for private use.
