There was a problem when doing the check in. Supposedly they had sent me an email to let me know that the administration office was in a different building but I never got it so I waited for an hour by the door. They were very friendly about everything but having breakfast in a different building isn't the most comfortable idea and I found out at the checkout that there was a city tax which was never mentioned in the website. They are clean, nice rooms and the staff is helpful.

They are really friendly, helpful and kind. The room was beautiful and the balcony was a great plus (especially for smokers). Breakfast was really tasteful and the kitchen and bathroom are well-kept. The door for our bedroom was a kinda beaten-up folding screen with a padlock, which is not the best, but there are only two guest rooms, so it's not that big a deal. The location is great, very central and easy to find. I'd highly recommend it.

Hi Rocio, for us it was a pleasure to have at home and especially that you have been happy. Thank you for your comments and suggestions that help us to improve day by day, with respect to the problem of the door of the room that you used, has been exchanged for another. Thank you very much again and until next time

The staff is extremely helpful, the rooms are huuuugeeeee, really comfortable and clean, wifi service was great, location is excellent (although they might want to add a map or explain further how to get there from the station). And yhey have an elevator.

Wifi in the rooms sucks, really sucks. The luggage storage is not that safe and people place their bags without any respect. If they clean everyday of your stay, they do it in the places you can see, not under the bed or anything like that. The staff is helpful and they have a laundry service and an elevator. Breakfast is dried croissants and a dried baguette, and the orange juice comes from a carton. And the wifi suuuuckkks.

Breakfast not included but we had a microwave oven and an electric kettle. The room was big and wifi worked well. Big problem: you have to call to check in, and they inform you that a bar across the street lets you use the phone, but it's a LIE. Though we had sent him an e-mail confirming the arrival time that day, we had to wait 3 hours (and borrow someone's cellphone) for him to show up. When he did come, he did everything hastily and confessed having read the e-mail and not caring about it.

It is a great place to stay. Great people, really helpful. Comfortable rooms and beds. Not a place for partying (common room closes at 11.30) but it is very central and really good value for money.

The rooms were really comfortable and clean, wifi was great, as was the location. Breakfast is really tasty, although not that varied. The bathrooms are a bit uncomfortable, because you get everything wet and don't have any space to leave your clean clothes (and they are unisex), and in our room there was a chest of drawers blocking the way. The common room closes at 11 pm, but in your room you have a fridge (we even had a microwave oven), and the staff is incredibly helpful and kind.

The staff was really helpful all the time, and the atmosphere was great. The kitchen and the common room were big and it was easy to cook without bumping into each other.
