For japan a quite big hostel; everything was nice and clean but I like the atmosphere of smaller hostels better

Quite small hostel close to the JR railway station Kanayama; everything looked brand new and was very clean

Next to a JR station and quite cheap for a single room, but everything looks quite old and a little shabby. Only 4 showers for the whole hotel. Okay to stay for a few nights if you cannot find another place but there are many much nicer and smaller guesthouses in Osaka.

Positive: Just across the street form the transit center and about 10 min to walk to the city center, free pasta or rice; Negative: As kind of usual in Australia - no lockers in the rooms, you can use a locker for which you have to pay, you have to pay for using the wifi as well

Hey there, Thanks for taking the time to leave us your comments. Unfortunately we don't have lockers in the rooms but we are looking at getting under bed storage which will hopefully be lockable. Free pasta and rice definately one of our best features along with friendly staff. Thanks again and safe travels :-)

Positive: The hostel is outside the city center in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. The public transport to the city center is really good. They have lots of staff to offer: free breakfast, ... Negative: Some of the rooms don't have lockers. The rooms are quite messy; everyone left his/her staff all around the floor; you could hardly walk anywhere without stepping on someones clothes.

Situated in a quiet area outside the city center but some nice restaurants and bars around; public transport to the city center available; felt a little like home...

The Hostel is about 20 min by bus from the central station. The bus connection is really good, even in the evening. Once you get off the bus, the hostel is quite hard to find... really well hidden although it is next to the bus stop. Additional signs would be good.
