Comfy hostel in a great location with good overall facilities. The beds were great with curtains to pull around them and individual lights and plugs by each one

Nice hostel, 5 min walk from the main square. When we were there it seemed a little quiet so lacked atmosphere but the rooms and beds are very comfy. Only downside was they double charged us for our stay despite the fact that we questioned it. By the time we figured out they'd definitely done it it was too late though

The hostel is fine but it's not particularly comfy and doesn't have any sort of atmosphere

The beds were comfy and warm with lots of blankets. Private room with ensuite meant you could lock your door when you left and everything was safe. 2 min walk down the hill brought you out right onto the Main Street. Only downside was the water for showering was very hot but breakfast was great.

Super comfy beds in really specious rooms with nice duvets. En suite bathrooms and the water was always hot. The food served in the bar on the top floor was yummy and good value. Only thing is getting wifi isn't great but you can definitely get by especially in the car area.

We witnessed beds not being changed in between people staying. It's a 10 min walk outside of town and there are very few street lights in San Pedro which means the walk at night doesn't feel particularly safe. There is a good kitchen to use though and the shower was always hot which i know can be a rarity in San Pedro.

Good hostel with a great outdoor undercover dinging area to be sociable in. The rooms were a decent size with lockers to store stuff and plugs by each bed but it is a trek away from the main pier uphill and steps!!

There were lots of bathrooms and the water was always hot which was good. The beds were comfy with big lockers underneath to store your bags. Breakfast was fine and the location is right in the middle of Leblon/Ipanema which felt safe but the staff weren't particuarly helpful or friendly

Friendly and helpful owner with good sized dorm rooms but a lack of comfortable seating communal areas especially in the rain.

Comfortable rooms and communal areas with really good facilities and heating for the winter throughout the hostel.

Very helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms. Very close to the bus station which is useful when arriving by bus and using the buses for trips to both sides of the falls. Good breakfast and large nice bathrooms

Very clean and spacious rooms especially for the price. Well located for central tourist attractions within walking distance and buses easy to get to. Helpful and chatty staff

Great, safe location in Ipanema and like the fact that breakfast is served until 3pm each day. The hostel is quite clean but some of the facilities a little run down.

nice hostel with a good atmosphere but when we first arrived they made a point of telling us that all the showers had hot water but later went to shower all 4 of us had only cold water. i know its the desert but after you've been out all day and they make the point of telling you at check in its a bit of a let down.

Nothing was ever too much trouble at this hostel. Staff were ready to help with all the trips we wanted to do and even the few extras that they didn't offer. Very friendly and accommodating. Good breakfast provided in the morning and comfy beds. Wouldn't think of staying anywhere else in Pucon.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the fact that we could leave our bags and use the facilities for the day after we checked out was also very helpful. The only downside was the noise in our dorm at night from the large group of men downstairs, we understand it is a hostel and we expect noise but it sounded like their shouts and laughs were actually in our room! although i do expect that was probably just our room. Overall, a very good stay
