Strange check-in and payment procedures, no staff on site, had to call before you arrived. Room was nice, big and clean. Hidden fees: air conditioning, wifi were an extra cost which wasn't clear on hostel write-up. Close to Vaparetto station, not far from train station. Fridge and sink available. We would stay there again.

Good location, can walk to Eiffel Tower in about 20 minutes. Close to metro. Staff was helpful. SMALL elevator to use. Wifi didn't really work much at all. Breakfast available for an extra cost. Room was a little run down except bathroom was re-done. Room was small and had a balcony and a decent view. Good place overall especially the location.

Great location if you want to be close to the train station, 2 minute walk, however directions on write-up were more difficult than needed, you are better to just look for the street name on the map outside the train station. Several cafes and restaurants in the area. Grocery store nearby. Staff helpful, they even lent us a corkscrew and wine glasses when we asked.

Hotel Zenit Pamplona

Very nice modern hotel. Cab ride easiest way to get there from train station (15 euros). Internet took a while figure out how to log on to. We were in Pamplona during the Running of the Bulls and this place was not super close to the festival area. This was good for us because it was quiet enough to sleep and the bus to the festival was easy and quick. Hotel shuttle to festival could only hold 8 passengers and was usually too busy to use, especially to take it home from the festival. Nice!

Living Mad Hostel

Cool place to stay especially for young travellers. A lot of opportunities to meet other travellers in hostel's common area. Computers available to use, breakfast was included, activity board, very helpful staff, terrace areas to hang out as well. Common area had a bar in the evening, selling drinks for reasonable prices. Kitchen available for use. Cons: key system was difficult to use, no elevator, noisy at night, laundry has some faulty instructions READ CAREFULLY. Overall a great place.

Hostal El Cid

Cool little place. We booked an 'ensuite' room but it was actually a room with a private bathroom down the hall with a separate key, a little misleading. Good directions given, note: street it's on has two names. Lots of restaurants near by. Close to main plaza with nice walkways and fountain. To get to beach you must walk to metro (10mins) and transfer to trolly car, which was a bit of effort but doable.

Great location! Close to hop-on/off bus tours, metro, La Ramblas, restaurants. Little mould in bathroom, could use new shower curtain. Lots of stairs to climb. We liked our little balcony and air conditioned room. Room was quite small to fit our bags and ourselves. Overall I would stay there again for the great location and helpful staff.
