Massimiliano was very helpful and always available. The rooms have air conditioning and hair-dryers. Unfortunately the room where we slept was quite noisy. Very clean. You have unlimited access to the kitchen for drinks, but for breakfast there is not much choice. Would recommend!

The hostel has almosto everything you're looking for, a ood breakfast, a common area (even though it could be bigger), a terrace, cool dormitories with air conditioning. The staff is always available. The only issue is that there were no plugs in the room I was in so, in order to charge my electronic devices, I always had to go to the common area, often full.

The hostel is in a good location, just 15 minutes to downtown. I loved the common area and laidback atmosphere. The room where I stayed was too hot, but comfy and clean. I would add one or two restrooms per floor, but overall it was a nice stay. Sam was very helpful during our vacation and check out!

The hostel is generally very clean and linens and towels are changed everyday. The staff seems sometimes bored or not longing to give you information; there is not the atmosphere you would expect in a travellers' hostel. It is about 45 minutes far from Manhattan, but the bus station is right in front of the building. The parking lot has 24 hrs security, but anyone can enter the hostel and the kitchen.

The room was boiling hot and it was impossible to sleep. The bed was actually a materass. The position is quite good, though, even if I expected more in terms of cleanliness and atmosphere.
