Very good choice for backpackers on a budget. It's a quieter, laid-back hostel, great for getting away from the bustle on the streets, and it's one of the cheapest from what I can see. There's a kitchen you can use, and little storage room for your things if you go to Machu Picchu. It's in an awesome neighborhood, san blas. You need to go a few blocks from the main square uphill to get there, but I loved it because its a very arty, bohemian neighborhood with some chill bars and restaurants.
Great location right in the main square of the city (excellent view overlooking the square from the restaurant as well). We got a nice room for a low price, especially compared with the other locales in the plaza. I do have to mention that Zenaida was very helpful, as were the other receptionists. We liked it enough to reserve another stay as well, after our trip to Machu Picchu.

Comfortable beds and a wonderful breakfast- definitely a notch above in the hostel department
'I stayed in the shared dorms, which were clean and sunny. The breakfast was night, as you can take it up on the rooftop terrace in the sunshine. I'd recommend it'
