It's a nice hostel (well, it's more like a hotel). You'll find people of all ages and backgounds (travelers, students, families, business people) . Not a party place, but there are chances to meet people if your social skills are good enough. Rooms are great, with private bathroom and even TV. It's location is not the best, it's far from downtown (20 - 30 min ride) but the bus (#48) and tram stations (#12) are just across the block.
It's a good hostel if you're looking to get some rest. It's located close to the main train and bus station and very close to the river. Very clean and security is great. But, if you're looking for a party hostel, maybe you look somewhere else.
It's located close to train station and very close to downtown. Staff is helpful and the facilities are ok. There's a pub crawl and a good bar in the hostel.
One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. Rooms have enough space and beds are in good condition. There are a lot of touristic services, you can even go to a fooball match. At night, there's always something going on. Usually everything starts at the hostel's bar and then most of the people move on to another place.
Very new and nice hostel. Facilities couldn't be better. In the other hand, there wasn't much going at night. Staff was helpful but didn't get involve with the guests. Not a party hostel.
Great place. Very friendly staff, specially Diego. Breakfast wasn't that good but still ok.
It's a good place. Friendly staff and there's always something going on at nights. Breakfast is great and the Bar sufficient.
I had an awesome time here. The hostel is located in the best neighborhood in Rio (Lapa) if you want to party. Felipe is an amazing host and the bar is great. I stayed there for 6 nights, wished I would've stayed longer.
