Brand new facilities, clean rooms, good AC, fantastic kitchen, manager and staff were really friendly and helpful. Wifi was a bit hit and miss. Amazing courtyard but lacked a bit of atmosphere, at times it felt like it was overrun with people living/working there.

This place is a gem, one of the best hostels I've stayed at in Europe. Super comfy beds, good AC,excellent location, epic views of Acropolis from the roof terrace. Really really good restaurant downstairs which do a superb dinner and a pretty good value buffet brekky too.

Don't quite know where to begin. Directions from the airport were incorrect and I had to ask local to show me the way. When you arrive you have to lug all your bags up a spiral staircase to reception which is located on the 6th floor. We were put in a different building in a different room to the one we booked, 10 mins away from the hostel where the wifi didn't work. Bathroom also had an overpowering stench of mould. There's much better hostels in Istanbul.

In a chilled out part of the island away from all the big tourist spots. Restaurants are a lot cheaper and better value on this part of the island. AC worked well, hot showers, good sized lockers. Downstairs rooms are very close to the road but rooms are still quiet.

You can't go wrong with this place. It's like a big house with lots of space and a massive chill out area outside. Albania can be a difficult place to backpack around at times but the staff make it easy for you.

Superb location in the heart of the old town. Staff are amazing and so friendly. They'll help you with anything you ask for. My only complaint is that they advertise a common room however as it was peak season this had been converted into another dorm which meant it was a little bit difficult to meet other travellers.

Perfect place if you just wanna go and chill out for a few days. Not a party place but you can still have a few drinks there in the evenings. Some of the staff are a bit lazy for use of a better word and a bit slow to get things done.

Amazing family run hostel. Majdas is like a Mum and will look take excellent care of you. Probably the best bathrooms and showers I've ever come across in a hostel. You must must must do the tour which is run by Majdas' brother. It's so much fun and you visit some incredible places.

Dear Mick, Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you had a bad experience and lack of atmosphere, we are organizing something every night and we try to engage as many guests as possible, sometimes it works out really well and sometimes don't, people want to do their own things and follow their own plan Thank you either way and don't forget, our staff is always there for every guest. It's more just a cafe with a few rooms upstairs rather than a hostel. However the staff and owner were very nice and helpful with things to do in Novi Sad and getting to my next hostel. The room I stayed in only had 4 lockers yet there were 5 beds so I had to go without a locker. Good location although the written directions are a bit vague.

Wifi is terrible, probably the worst I've ever encountered in a hostel! Need to get this sorted asap guys. It's a very big hostel with lots of big tour groups coming through so a little bit difficult to meet people. Location is perfect close to metro stations and the Jewish quarter. Excellent value breakfast for only 1000 forint. Cleanliness wasn't amazing, there were hairs all through my bedsheets.

Amazing place to escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. A truly unique experience set in the mountains of Gran Canaria. The hostel is quite isolated but that is why it's so good. Basic accomodation but has everything you could need. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner too who was only only too happy to give advice on things to do right throughout the Canary Islands
