Perfectly located in the centre, still easy to reach by car, parking right in front. Nice and big bar on the ground floor, as far as we could see the last one open on a thursday night in Bruges. Some rooms where not available because it had rained in them. Our room was dry though. Bathroom in the room, but can't be locked. Entrance door locked at night, had to knock for half an hour to get out. Really nice staff, very helpful, entertaining when couldn't sleep because of horrible roommates.

We had a small apartment on Blauwburgwal, which is a lovely quiet street with a canal, but still very near to the city centre and the central station. It felt like living in Amsterdam, having our own key and being able to come an go when we wanted without a reception or something else. The apartment itself was half under ground level and it was lovingly decorated, absolutely not like a standard hotel room. I can only recommend staying at this guesthouse!

16EUR Hostel

We had a wonderful stay at 16EUR Hostel. It has a perfect location, near to Port and some huge supermarket but also near to City Centre. Everything in walking distance, but you can also rent bikes to discover far out areas. (; Around the hostel are some nice bars open until 7 in the morning, which can also be quite disturbing because it is very loud. Our room was surprisingly big, bathroom was clean. Negative was that we had no real window, only a roof top window and the bed was quite insecure..
