There was no wifi. It made it really hard when I needed to book a flight and hostels for the next day. It wasn't a bad hostel it was a bed and a shower, for one night it was fine but I would recommend if I was going hoping to meet people or socialise with other people staying. Be aware that there isn't 24hour reception, don't worry they defiantly will tell you if you turn up later than you said when booking.

Nothing bad to say only downfall was the one shower a day for 5min especially in heat ayleast 2 would be nice and lack of power points. Otherwise I'd recommend it.

Was scared after reading the reviews but can't complain about anything about our stay. The staff were helpful and couldn't flaw them at all. The only thing that was a bit different was check out you just could walk out the hostel and that was check out little bit different. it was like 1/2 hour walk to brighton city centre but in good weather the walk is pretty good.

The room was not cleaned once in 4 nights we stayed there which left sand everywhere. It was fairly noisy when your trying to sleep you can hear all noise from outside your room when people come back from a night out. Anyone was able to enter hostel after hours as the door was never locked. It would have been nice to have a kitchen to prepare food even though there is belushi if your on a budget it can be costly. I did enjoy my stay regardless.

Hello and thanks for taking the time to leave your thoughts with us. We're very sorry to hear your stay was not as enjoyable as we would have it! We do clean the dorms daily, however, we try our best to not intrude on our guests' privacy. We are aware of the problem with the locks and had already taken action to have them replaced during your stay. However, being down here in Cornwall, these things often take a bit of time. While no St. Christopher's have kitchens, we do offer great discounts on all of our amazing food... In fact we just upped it to 25% off all food for our guests as well as awesome new drink specials (2-4-1's and the likes!) Your feedback is important to us, and we appreciate your time in sharing it. We hope you will choose St. Christopher's again in the future! Best of luck in all your travels... Your Newquay Team!
