Mbizi Backpackers Lodge

Hostel in a safe and tranquil area. Cheap and good Chinese food close by. Tv room (with many dvd's), WiFi and clean showers. Only negative point is that the owners decided to put more beds in each room then they should, leaving few space to put your luggage away. Breakfast was included but very basic.

Great hostel in Oudtshoorn, with many thanks to the owners, who try to make your stay with them as enjoyable as possible. With discount tickets for the caves and the ostrich farm, help with new travel ideas and serving me a beer right away after a long drive, they provided me with everything I needed. I recommend everyone traveling around in South Africa to make a stop in Oudtshoorn and stay here for the night(s).

My best hostel in Cape Town of 3, thanks to the good location (closer to Waterfront and Longstreet) and a great unlimited braai.

Napoli Centrale Hotel

+ The room was quite big, very clean. We had a 4 person bedroom (paid for 3) where the beds were devided over 2 rooms. + Nice bathroom + Good working airco + Close to train/metro station and bus stop + Fair price/Quality Breakfast was included, but not really special - Hotel surrounding is quite busy and dirty, loads of uncontrolled traffic (like a big part of the city) - English of staff was poor
