Excellent staff at reception, very helpful with any questions or helping me sort anything out. Maria was lovely. Nice breakfast but it isn't included in price as is listed on here, still good value though. Great tours desk, good showers and amazingly comfy beds. Wifi can be a little temperamental.
Not a bad hostel for a night before or after a tour. Facilites are pretty basic, didnt see any sign of a breakfast or wifi but its extremely cheap and has comfy beds and clean rooms so cant complain too much. About a 5 minute walk from the other hostels and centre of town. Swimming pool is currently being dug out.
Most people recommend against staying the night in Uyuni before or after doing the Salt Flats tour but it worked out that it was easier more for to do it this way and I'm so glad I did. Piedra Blanca is a great stop before or after with extremely comfy and big beds, hot showers (believe me you'll appreciate that after 3 days of freezing cold water) and a good breakfast to fill you up for the trip ahead. Good wifi too, a rarity in Bolivia and non existent in Uyuni.
Really amazing hostel only about 3 blocks away from Copacabana Beach (5 mins max) and a short walk to Ipanema. All the staff at the hostel at the hostel were amazing, really helpful and friendly. Great breakfast. Really comfy beds and proper power showers. I stayed here for 7 nights and will hopefully stay here again if I return to Rio. 10/10
