Pension Virgen de la Luz

Wasn't well during my trip so I needed a private room, Pension Virgen de la Luz really nailed it! It's really easy to find, with a sign on the road pointed you into the alley. The house is a typical Andalusian building, there is even someone to make your bed during the day. very clean toilet and big single bed for 1 person, worth every penny of it! Gustavo was very helpful by giving suggestions, he even made sure that I had a good rest and made me hot honey drinks. will sure stay there again

Set in an Andalusian house, I really love this charming place the moment I walked into it. The house located in the Juderia, on the quiet side of the old town, where the locals live. The place is well equipped, clean and tidy overall. I like the fact that it's away from the crowd, maybe a bit walk away from the train station but it's definitely manageable. Miguel is lovely, recommended food and things to see. will surely go back at some point

Great location, very clean toilets and bathroom. All good apart from the noisy pub just opposite!

Someone sleep in my bed and the staff(2 guys) told me to 'kill him and kick him out', do I need this kind of joke after a long day out and just when I needing a bed to sleep? Also, 1 of the guy handed me the key to get my left luggage without asking anything, imagine someone with sticky hands enter the storage room.... The Italian girl was very friendly though Please invest in some exhaust fan, as soon as you open the bedroom door you can smell the stink breathes, absolutely disgusting!!

Sorry about that. Our night guys at reception always like to make fun of uncomfortable situations but, unfortunately, not everyone gets their humor, which is more than understandable ;) I am sure they just tried to break the tension. Regardless that shouldn't happen so we do apologise for that. The Italian girl say HI anyway and thank you!! ;)) Hope we will do better for you next time.
