La Posta Hostel and Apart, Ushuaia, Argentina

A great place to stay in Ushuaia. You can walk to it from the airport in under 30 mins surrounded by amazing scenery. It's a 15-20 min bus ride to the centre but taxis are plentiful (about 30 pesos). Really clean and a great atmosphere to meet others if travelling alone. Flo at reception is full of great advice & very friendly. Would happily stay here again.

Great location, easy walking distance to the town centre and bus station, kept clean and showers always had hot water. The kitchen area is in a separate building next door which means noise is kept to a minimum in the dorm areas. The guys running this please are really what make it a great place to stay, really helpful and approachable. Could do with more hooks to hang clothes on (especially in the bathroom) and more plug points in the rooms. Would happily stay here again.

A great place to stay in Mendoza. Walking distance to the bus station and town centre. The staff here are really helpful and the book recommending things to do was useful. The common areas and garden had a really nice chilled vibe and the friendliest dog I have ever met! Would happily stay here again.

I stayed in the female dorm for 4 nights and found the location to be really good. You could easily walk to most of the cities sights or take a 5 min walk to the subte station. The breakfast was one of the best I had in Argentina with the option to have eggs and freshly squeezed orange juice. The room itself was clean but the noise from the traffic outside was an issue unless you wear earplugs. I recommend taking the shuttle from the airport as it drops you at the hostel. Great rooftop bar.
