Hostel Suites Florida

Buenos Aires, Argentina

The hostel had a nice lounge area and the dorm rooms were nicely sized and clean. The lockers were huge (you can fit a full size suitcase with room to spare), which was nice but the locks didn't seem too secure (you could easy pry it off the wood). The bathroom could have been a little cleaner, but for one day it was fine. It was great for a one night stay especially for the cheap price. The airport shuttle was a nice perk too.

It was located above a bar, so it was a little noisy sometimes in the evenings (but not enough to prevent me from sleeping). There were only 2 toilets and 2 showers which I expected to be a problem, but I only ended up waiting for a shower once (and only for 5 minutes). Rooms and bathrooms were clean, but the water in the showers was too hot and there was no way to turn it down. Overall a pretty decent hostel, close to the underground and good price.

Smart Hyde Park Inn Hostel

London, England

The rooms were quite tight (only a narrow walkway between the sets of bunkbeds). It was annoying that you had to pay extra for the locker and to store you luggage before or after checking out. When I was there the internet wasn't working which was quite frustrating. Breakfast was just toast with butter or jelly. Otherwise it was a decent hostel for the price. It would be good for shorter stays but quite cramped for a longer stay.

Adelaide Hostel and Hotel

San Francisco, USA

The lockers in the dorm rooms were nicely sized and able to fit back packs or duffel bags. Staff was very helpful and nice. The location is right near tenderloin, so it's not an ideal location if you're heading west by foot, but nicely located for access to downtown and many tourist attractions. Huge lounge area that was nice for hanging out in the evening. It's a little more expensive then some of the other hostels near by, but I'd say well worth the extra money.
