Only stay in this hotel if you're the party kind. It feels like being in an american college party. And the breakfast is totally overrated.

Worst hostel I've stayed in SEA so far. Had to sleep on a mattress on the floor on my first day because my bed was doublebooked, staff couldn't speak any english besides the words "my friend", the bathroom was disgusting, they ran out of toilet paper twice during my 3 day stay, I was charged $30 by them for a day-trip to halong bay while some people I met there payed $23, the breakfast plates were clearly dirty and I don't think he has ever washed the pan he uses to fry the eggs

Very good location if you're arriving by bus and also right next to the night market. Staff very friendly and helpful. Just found it a bit expensive for thai standards.

There are no lockers and they don't give you the room's key, so it's very easy for someone to get inside and steal. Other than that, excellent value for money and very nice staff, although they didn't speak english very well

Awesome place to stay. Close to khao san rd, excellent price, clean and with nice furniture. Bathrooms could be better though.

Location is not very good but I think that's a problem with the city. The place is clean, just had a problem with the staff.
