Not a hostel. A one roomed flat in a village house. e village was lovely but the house was located in a valley so the sun rose and went down behind the hills early and the view was of a telegraph pole. The main building where you got breakfast was 10 minutes walk away. But good to be away from the main tourist resorts and in a real village, even though it was a bit pricey.

Some staff very helpful and friendly, others less so. Lovely little shady garden area where you can enjoy a cold beer. Excellent security... big lockers and staff on duty 24 hours. Very close to centre and some good places to eat. Good kitchen facilities. But only one shower for the whole hostel and the communal area (the only place you can get wifi) is very small. Enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.

Really nice, friendly and helpful staff. Very good location just 10 minutes walk from the city centre and the station. No cooking facilities but there is a supermarket and a pizza take away opposite the hostel. I enjoyed my stay here.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. The hostel is well located near the railway and bus station and also convenient for the city centre. reception is staffed 24 hours and covered by CCTV so security is excellent. The kitchen is too small to cook a meal though there is a microwave. It would be good if the directions from the station could be re-written as I got lost trying to follow them! I would happily recommend this hostel.

This is not a party hostel but who needs a party hostel when there are so many clubs within 5 minutes walk!. The hotel suited me perfectly.. quiet, clean, comfy, friendly staff. Don't be put off by the stairway outside which can sometimes attract a few oddballs! The hostel is ideally situated 5 minutes walk from the old town, just across the road from the railway station and bus station, 5 minutes from the huge central market. No street noise either as the windows are double glazed!

very helpful friendly staff. The big dorm had great character and was well arranged to create a sense of privacy. It was very hot when I was there and a couple of extra fans in the dorm would have been nice. But otherwise a great place that I would recommend.

Really great welcome to Prizren with free beer and rakia!!...The staff were really friendly and helpful. Maybe more could be done with the terrace which is lovely but unused (and looks it). And maybe offering a trip or 2 from the hostel would enhance the experience. But a great place to stay in a lovely town.

a brilliant place and really helpful staff with good local knowledge. Lots of interesting trips going on like rafting. A party hostel but as the party moves on to local pubs after 11pm out of respect for the neighbours, that means non party people can enjoy their stay here too.

this is is not as hostel but a private room with a small kitchenette and bathroom. It is a 10 minute bus ride from the old town but is a much cheaper place to stay than the old town which is ridiculously expensive. The owner was nice and friendly and provides a free pick up service which you should make use of as otherwise you won't find the place!

This is a family run hostel and the staff were very kind. The place is spotlessly clean and has a very calm atmosphere. It is only 5 minutes walk to the old town.

Chillout Hostel Zagreb

This is an enormous hostel and therefore feels very anonymous. The bunks are crammed into the rooms so there is no room to move. When I was there the place seemed to be full of large groups of schoolkids who shrieked and ran about all night up and down the stairs. ok for a 1 night stay but I would not want to stay longer

If you stay on the 1st floor you get a good deal. On the second floor where I was the room was very crowded, tiny lockers with no padlocks , and no central lounge area to meet fellow travellers. One shower was not working. Staff indifferent.

The staff were superb. They gave freely of their time, local knowledge and good humour and contributed greatly to the relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The location is excellent ... just a very short walk to the old town. Great facilities: excellent kitchen, spacious dining area, chill out room and cosy chairs in the bar / reception area. Really spacious lockers that you could put your whole backpack in. Powerful shower with plenty of hot water. And all very clean.

The hostel was spotlessly clean with all the facilities you could want. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Excellent breakfast. Great location. The security was also very good with lockers big enough for a rucksack. My only issue was that that you had to pay to use the computers..

On the plus side the hostel is well located near the central station. The dorm was on the 9th floor and very quiet ~ no traffic noise. The dorm had excellent facilities ~ showers and toilets which were very clean . Staff though not unfriendly , were a bit offhand and the hostel being so large and cavernous lacked atmosphere.

Welcoming, frindly and knowledgable staff made this hostel a pleasure to stay in. Some nice touches ~ like the free food system where travellers who were leaving could put food on a free food shelf in the fridge for others to make use of.
