Very stylish hostel, it has a great bar / 'restaurant' down stairs that the locals come into. This is nice, but at times its hard to meet other travelers because of all the locals... Location is good, not far from everything you want. Kitchen on each floor which is good
More of a cheap hotel with shared rooms than a hostel. There was a bar but it was always very quiet or closed when I was there. Room was a good size and beds were ok. Its too far from the city center to walk, so you must use public transport- luckily Altona train and bus stations are only around the corner! Close to the river too.
Really good hostel with kitchen and terrace out side. Really friendly and helpful staff. The 8 bed room i was in was actually 2x four bed rooms with a door in between which was really good. Good location right next to an s-bahn station and only a few stops from Alexanderplatz, and is well connected to the metro/street car network. There is a shopping center and a few small supermarkets near by. Right by Mauerpark also.
Really good hostel. I loved how there were lots of different areas, so if one wasn't right for you you could try another!
I only stayed here for one night on a short stop over in Gothenburg. There were plenty of toilets and showers and a nice kitchen and sitting area. Would definitely stay there again
I went travelling alone, but most of the people in this hostel were travelling in groups and were not interested in meeting new people. Other than that, the hostel was fine, but the kitchen could be a bit crowded at times, its not big enough for the number of guests!
Great hostel in a good location about 10 mins walk from Helsinki Train Station. A good hostel for independent travellers. Maybe not the best bathroom facilities ever, but they did the trick. The hostel is up two flights of stairs, the hostel's blurb suggested 3 flights to me. Recommended this hostel to other travellers I met on my way!
