Green Lizard Hostel

Staff were very helpful. They would try to help you even you passed by. No keys for the room but passcode. So you have to have good memory or write it down. My dorm was near to the kitchen and rest area. Was so noisy as people were playing games with clapping hands and tapping table. Well, but they stopped around 2315. That's fine. Nice environment. Could have better direction to hostel. A bit difficult to find......... Anyway, was a happy stay =)

Was really expensive for a 12 people dorm (HRK450.00 per night). I don't think average backpacker can afford it. But might be due to the festival there. Also, a bit difficult to find. And you need to go up the hill. They are not welcome people aged over 40 in the dorm instead of 45 mentioned in the web site. Can't take shower after midnight. When I took shower around 7:30 am in the morning, water was a bit cold. But staff were nice. Bar crawl was fun.

the owner was very friendly and helpful. I spent a day there only as transit to Hvar. She suggested places around to visit. The room was a bit messy and small as there was festival holding in Split. So 7 people in a 6 people dorm. One had to lay on floor........But could understand.....

stayed there for 2 days only. Located in an areas where lot of night clubs. Near to subway though. The room is a bit small. But here is a light and a small table on each bed. Even a charger in your drawer under the bunk bed which is a very considerate design. All you can eat breakfast costs 3.5 Euros only. Don't missed it. And there is a bar inside the hostel with cheap drinks! Missed the free walking tour though. Overall, a lovely hostel. Will stay there again next time!

Stayed there for 5 days. A small and friendly hostel. Excellent location very near to subway and most tourist attractions are within walking distance. Kind staff, they would suggested places for you to visit depends on days you spend in BCN. The water from shower is weak though. The kitchen was well equipped and not busy during my stay. Might be they should have curfew after midnight. I couldn't sleep as people next door party till morning in the balcony which share with my dorm.

Apartamentos Panoramic

a well equipped apartment. Had iron as well! A Lovely balcony with sea view. you got your room cleaned every day with new towels =) hope could have a coffee machine though. A beautiful swimming pool shared with other two apartments. Not really crowded there. A bit far away from bus terminal though. at least 15 to 20 mins walk. Around 20 to 30 mins to town. But there are lot of restaurants around. And beaches nearby. Nothing can beat the environment. Staff were friendly too.

Booked four nights first. then extended 10 more days. Flat rate for staying 14 nights. No discount. It is located at the end of Waikiki near the zoo. Near the beach but not in central location. Anyway, still within walking distance. 2 eggs and four toasts for breakfast. But you have to prepared your own breakfast. Quite busy and crowded in pantry during breakfast time. Coffee ran out quickly but you could brew it yourself. Only one coffee machine, so it takes times. No tour desk.
