This hostel is anything but a hostel. It is more like a hotel, with exceptional facilities, great staff and location. I would recommend the Generator to everyone!!
Great location and vibe. Definitely worh staying for a central location and good vibe.
A good location, but it is more like an old converted hostel than hotel. It was clean, and staff friendly.

Great hostel. Fantastic location near Nyhaven, helpful staff and great vibe. Highly recommend.
Great hotel near the port of Piraeus if you need somewhere to stay at a great price. Be careful to research the correct directions to get there if walking though.
If you're looking for a fancy modern hostel (this one has shared bathrooms not in the room), this isnt the place, but this hostel has an excellent vibe and is a great place. There's a great common area, where everyone hangs out. Staff are so helpful, Sash could not have been a better guy who helped us with everything we needed, no matter what time of day. The location is great, very central, and it is so well priced for the time you have there!
Great hostel in such a central location, right near the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofya. Staff were really helpful and assisted us to book things. Would definitely recommend a stay here.
Great location near the Termini station. Rooms were clean and the staff very helpful. My only concern would be the lack of kitchen, as well as common area to be able to easily mingle with other guests, especially as I was travelling on my own. Although it says vibrant lounge area, its missing the vibe of a common room! Definitely recommend a stay though!
By far one of the best hostels I've stayed in. It was like a mini hotel (bed got made each day, fresh towels, mints on the pillow). Rooms were super clean, great common area to watch movies or play games, events each night. All round everything was fantastic!
Not a particularly lively hostel, lots of live in people. Small lockers in the room, for a phone, camera etc. Very close to the old part of town though and the station is about 300 metres away. Room was clean, but the bathrooms not particularly clean (hair left there for days). Some of the rooms were being renovated, but not noisy or a distraction, plus it was quiet season, so making improvements for summer! Value for money was good. Good stay if you don't want to spend much time in the hostel.
This hostel is above a bowling alley, so if you're up for cheap drinks and partying. No lockers or way to secure your things (staff did ask if we wanted to store anything in reception, but that gets inconvenient). Close to town but 25 minutes walk to Temple Mead station so we had to catch a cab. Staff friendly and helpful, very clean rooms and bathrooms. Good value for money.
The hostel was noisy (it was a weekend) and the lockers in the room small. Close to town, 5-10 minute walk, but found the staff not overly helpful when asking for directions. I was disappointed with cleanliness. It was clear that the sheets dont get changed on any of the bed (ie hair etc). It had what you needed but wasnt exactly a great hostel.
A friendly, lively hostel in the Northern Quarter (if you like artsy etc) but still very close to the centre of town. No lockers in the rooms, but still felt safe and secure. Staff very helpful and nice, with activities happening every night (games, pub crawls). The building is very old (no lift) but the room and bathrooms were clean.
This hostel was amazing, almost like staying in a hotel room but with other people. The room was very comfortable and clean with modern facilities. No flip flops required in the bathroom! Very central location, with a nice common area with tea, coffee, juice, biscuits always available. Great stay.
Great location with stunning views of Edinburgh. We were in a 10 bed but it felt cozy and clean and all the other guests were nice. Friendly staff, cheap towel rental (a whole 20p). Bathrooms were shared but didn't feel intrusive or weird (all private cubicles) and they were very clean. Highly recommended!
Most amazing location, step out into Temple Mead, however if you want to sleep early you'll need ear plugs because you can hear people partying in the street. The rooms are ok, clean. Ours had an ensuite but the shower didn't drain properly. WiFi only in common areas. Staff are super friendly and helpful. We got offered whiskey shots on arrival, endless advice on things to do. We booked a shuttle service to the airport, which got cancelled, so the hostel ordered a cab & paid the difference!
This is a great hostel. The staff were so ridiculously nice and helpful. We got upgraded to a better room. The location is good, so close to Eyre Square and they can offer great discounts on activities, pub crawls etc. Highly recommend. I'll be back!
The hostel location is good. Close to the bus station and centre of town, but Cork is small. The room was ok (in a four bed) but very small and the building is quite old. Because the hostel is a part of the bar downstairs, you have to walk through thr bar with all your bags and the staff are busy serving drinks and not so interested in checking you in or giving advice on what to do. An ok place for the price
Despite not being in the centre of London, this is a great location, super close to the tube. This is by far the best hostel I've stayed in London. I think it's worth staying further out to stay in a clean, lively hostel, rather than the awful ones that are more central. The room was super clean (great that there was privacy curtains on the bed). My only complaint would be the noise, room doors were heavy and slammed, so you could hear that all night, so if you're a light sleeper take ear plugs!
Arrived and ended up being moved to the sister property Hotel Rosemary as they were overbooked. Rosemary is more of a hotel than a hostel. I was in an 8 bedroom that was clean, however the kitchen area opened onto the room, so it was noisy and difficult to sleep when others wanted to stay up drinking. The shower was not very clean and the door on the toilet didnt close properly. No real vibe, just not a hostel. The best part was the location. Very close to the centre of the old town.
Fantastic hostel. Great location, so close to the train station and attractions. Super clean, lockers under a bed and a shower and toilet in each room. Highly recommend!
Flying Pig had a great community atmosphere, on the bar as well as their suggestions on what to do, such as their free walking tours and pub crawl. Quite noisy and rooms ok, a little small.

Couldnt recommend this hostel more. The location fantastic, staff so friendly and helpful. The rooms were so clean, shower facilities great. Great vibe in the kitchen and shared area. Would definitely suggest a stay here!
The location of Lion Lodge was good, but on a main road and as our room faced the road, very noisy all night. Only one shower for females and males per level. Quite secure, you got your own locker, and not a real lively vibe.
This is quite a small hostel, but exactly what I needed after a sailing trip. Super clean, spacious beds with a privacy curtain and large lockers. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Although small, other guests were friendly and nice!
