I very much enjoyed my stay. It felt like a home and was a great location to explore the city. The staff was very friendly. Just one word of warning - the front desk is closed in between 5:30 and 7:00 am, which you only see the warning for if you try to go to the desk during those hours.
We had a fantastic stay at Nomadas. All the staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool was clean and well kept. Our room was actually quite large. There are so many options for activities. The cooking class was awesome and we got a full meal for only 20 pesos. One of the top hostels I've stayed at.

We got caught up on our way to Beppu and were going to arrive late, but the staff was so amazing it setting up everything for us for a late check-in. Everyone there was very kind and very helpful. They have a ton of information on all the onsen and local sights. All the common areas are nice, and there is a bar across the street. We even got a free drink coupon! A great place to stay with great people.
The location is very close to the train station which is very convenient. The halls and general areas are a bit industrial feeling, but still very comfortable. But our room is probably the best I`ve had on this trip. It was a big Japanese style room with a huge closet and it`s own toilet and sink. For the money you could absolutely not beat that. We were only there for one night, but is was comfortable. Plus there`s a beer vending machine in the kitchen. Gotta love that!
We had a lovely stay even though it was only one night. The location absolutely can not be beat. It`s an easy bus ride from the train station and is right at the temple. The room was gorgeous. The bath was lovely. The only thing - if you want meals ask ahead of time. We didn`t think of that and asked if it was possible to get breakfast that morning. It wasn`t, but they were so gracious and brought us a free pot of coffee anyway!
