Stayed in a 4 bed cabin, was clean. Only one power point in room. Had to pay extra 5f it you wanted sheets on your bed, and kitchen was a joke - had to pay to use the stove top, and the stoves were terrible, took forever to heat up. Staff not overly helpful. WiFi crazy expensive. Location is great but would not stay again!

Room and bathroom was clean. No air con so the room was very hot but we could get a free fan from reception. Only 1 PowerPoint in room which isn't enough. Location good, most of the big night clubs are on the other side of the island buy you can get a shuttle there.

Rooms and bathrooms were clean. The room got very hot at night and was hard to sleep. 3 out of 4 lockers in our room were broken. Location a little out of the way but there is a tram stop outside. Overall good value for money.

Rooms and bathrooms very clean, staff extremely helpful. Several power points in the 4 person dorm we were in, free wifi (only worked downstairs), free breakfast - fantastic value for money. Location a little out but tram line outside hostel. Would definitely recommend.

Brussels Hello Hostel

Location is not in the town, but is close to a tube station which gets you to the town in about 10 mins which was fine for us. Our dorm was in a building down the road from the main building, we had to walk to the other building for breakfast, and reception. One bathroom per floor (so between about 8 people), which really is not enough! Literally had to line up if you wanted a shower in the morning. Hostel was ok for us as we were only there to sleep.

I loved my stay here, I was in a 8 bed female dorm and also stayed in a 6 bed female dorm. Bathrooms are connected to the rooms, they are very clean. Lockers (free) in room (bring your own lock), breakfast provided. Location good, very close to Paddington station. Safe hostel, security at the door. Has a lift which is good if you have heavy bags! Only negatives - no kitchen, and you have to pay for wifi (3 pound for 24 hrs). I would definitely stay here again.

Location was great, really close to tube and easy to find, felt safe there. The dorms were clean, beds were small (shorter than a average bed). Wifi wasn't working, hairdryers in bathroom weren't working. Only 2 power sockets in 6 bed dorm - not enough. Alot of stairs! Showers in the basement, very confusing to find, alot of lost people down there! Toilets on my floor weren't very clear and cubicals are really, really tiny. Overall I wouldnt stay there again, there are better hostels in London.
