Great little place with friendly and welcoming owners, only one bathroom to share between all guests, but I feel this would not be a problems as it is a small hostel. Room was big and clean. Breakfast was good with fresh bread. Would recommend this place if you are looking for somewhere to stay in ollantaytambo. It is in a really nice street amount the history of the town.

Thank you for review and for recommending us, we appreciate your custom. There are 2 bathrooms shared by the 5 rooms that don't have private facilities. The other rooms have en-suite facilities. We wish you all the best for your remaining travels in Peru.

A great location with some well organised activities. The hostel has a lot of useful information on things to do and see. Amazing to have a hostel in this area and we will recommend it so that it will always be available to the money conscious traveller.

BED BUGS AND LOADS OF THEM!!!! The place has been infested for a few weeks we found out and they are very relaxed about it. They are not actively treating them and lied about a pest controller coming to spray. There were multiple rooms infested and we are covered in bites. Any other positive of this place is sadly overshadowed by the lack of concern and size of the infestation!!! DON'T STAY HERE IF YOU DON'T WANT BED BUGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a fantastic place to stay. So welcoming. Diego, Paula and Roger were amazing people to hang with, we felt like a part of a family and there was nothing that was too much trouble for these guys!!!!! The rooms are clean, fresh and ours opened to a nice little balcony. The back terrace is really nice, breakfast is available all day and they guys are always around to help with info on things to do, see and how to get around. Loved loved this place!!!!!!

Great location to see the museums but a little far from city centre. The room was excellently clean with pin code lockers!! You can print your tickets for free! Free tea and coffee all day would be nice and a self cater kitchen would make this place amazing!

We were in the second property and while the room was amazing wifi would have made it better (I know it will happen, but it would have been nice to know prior to arrival that there was none in this room). Otherwise a good stay in the double room

BED BUGS!!!!!!!! Is there anything else to say really. I came out of the hostel covers in bites. If that is not enough, we stayed two nights(only because there was no other accommodation in town) and the first morning we were in the room when the "cleaner" came, she merely tidied the bed sheets. DID NOT CHANGE THE SHEETS!! And that is after a guy had slept in them the two nights previous. Showers were terrible with only two at the time actually being hot enough to shower in. Avoid at all costs

We can catagorically deny the presence of any bed bugs in our hostel. Lack of other accomodation in the City wouldn't stop a guest leaving had this been the case.We can only address guests concerns if they highlight them whilst they are still here and unfortunately this guest chose not to do so. They also left a note for future guests inside the duvet ( good try ) which was found by the cleaning staff when they were changing the bedding, as they do daily. This is a spurious review.

The kitchen could be a lot cleaner, more fridge space!! The dorm rooms need a good air out and more cleaning. Better hot water for the bathroom, ran out if you didn't get in early!!! limited showers for such a large hostel!!

Great location, right in the centre of town. Only three showers for entire hostel. Common room small, but friendly. Due to staff being travellers themselves, not much is known about the local area and transport services.

Sadly no kitchen facilities, first floor was noisy as we could still here the bands and music late in the night. No age restriction but a man who would not climb the bunk and moved other peoples things. Great environmental friendly hostel, beautiful bathroom and lovely linen/pillow!!!

Unfortunately we don't have a kitchen for guests to use, this because Health&Safety reasons. But we are happy to offer you 25% off all food on our menu. Hmm...doesn't sound good that someone in your dorm kept moving other guests stuff around, hopefully you spoke to reception about this. They're there to help 24 hours. /Management
